Can I get a 6th star? If I could I would use it and still it would not be enough. The food was outstanding, the staff was outstanding, and their attention to the full meaning of being a vegan, made it one of the best eating experience I have had in a long time.

The food was wonderful, as was the proportions and price. No plastic in this place or unneeded use of paper. The takeout desserts were carefully wrapped in palm leaves. The napkins are reusable cloth.

I had the Reuben (Brined eggplant, sauerkraut, french dressing, and vegan cheese on rye.) it was lovely! My wife had the High Protein Veggie (Loaded with mac-nut aioli, microgreens, avo, carrots, lettuce, tomato, kale pesto.) The best came last in the form of a warm Taro (GF)Brownie covered with macadamia nuts.

Truly as good as it gets and can’t wait to go again. All vegan, plant based and sustainable!

Good vegan place in Maui.. has a decent size menu but once u have had a few dishes rest of them start tasting the same.. not a bad thing though.. we did their happy hour tacos(one of each), they were good but could do with more sauce as they felt a little dry.. we also did their famous taro burger and roasted cauliflower side for lunch another day.. loved the cauliflower, the burger was decent and filling but again could do with a little more sauce. We also had their avocado cocktail which was so refreshing! And their hot sauce is amazing! Also loved the fact they they are so eco-friendly.. for vegetarians/vegans it was a must try in Maui

Their Taro burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had. This place is a must try, even if you are not a vegan. It’s an experience. They are vegan to the truest sense. They don’t even carry take out boxes and use leaves to pack food. Also, everyone who works here is super nice. No reservations needed, they have indoor as well as outdoor seating and are located in a shopping complex so plenty of parking. They do take a $3 deposit for the mason jars, if you are planning to take out their amazing drinks

This vegan place is absolutely delicious! We had ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and comes with a macadamia nut ranch sauce, the taro root burger, and a slice of mint chocolate pie. All items ordered were also gluten free and so delicious. This place doesn't sacrifice flavor and is consistent throughout each of their dishes.

The staff was also nice and there is shaded outdoor seating to enjoy your meal. They are a 0 waste company and give banana leaves to wrap your food in to take leftovers home. This place is great, eat here!

This place has amazing vegan food! The menu is vast and they have some yummy drinks as well- like lavendar lemonade and Thai iced tea. I am not a vegan and enjoyed it a lot. However I will admit, I was hungry a few hours later even though I ate a lot lol.

The presentation is thoughtful and the portion sizes are BIG! It’s expensive like everything else in Maui, but one bowl could easily feed two people. Please note that they are waste free so you will not be able to get a takeaway box. If you need one, bring your own.

My only complaint is that we were sitting in the outside area with three small children and the rap music they were playing was exceptionally vulgar lol.

For all the folks complaining about food lacking flavor etc, this is coming from an Indian that has spicy or flavorful food all the time.

Taro root burger little chewy but fills you up until next 6 hours haha flavorful as well, everything about the burger was fresh and flavorful

My husband had a cauliflower bowl and he loved it!!!!

Love that they’re a zero waste restaurant and of course like any other restaurant on the island the food is expensive but unfortunately good and fresh food is expensive but keeps you full for a very long time.

Coconut water is so fresh and good!!!

Delicious veggie/vegan food and drink! Even if you are not vegan, the menu is diverse, healthy and very tasty!

Helpful and friendly staff… as the menu at first felt abit overwhelming, but after asking what their top sellers were and explaining what food types we enjoy, they made excellent recommendations for us!

Reasonable waiting time considering how popular it was when we arrived.

Was rather impressed by their sustainability methods. Reusable cloths instead of napkins, use leaves for packaging and do not provide plastic straws. Everything is locally produced as well!

We had the Thai tea and lavender lemonade, both refreshing and completely different taste experience.

My husband had the kale salad (which was average) and I had the vegan tacos which was a generous portion and delicious!

To finish, we had a vegan/gluten free chocolate macaron style looking desert which was very flavourful.

Thrilled to have found this healthy hot spot and going to return a few times during our week visiting the island. Hoping the other items I try are equally as good as I have read a handful of negative reviews from other clients, but our recent experience did not reflect what I have come across online. It is abit on the pricier side, however we are personally happy to support a locally run restoraunt and local ethically sourced organic products.

Since my original post, we have gone back two more times during our vacation. We had the Loco Moku and BLAT with chocolate chip taro cookie and oatmeal raisin ulu cookies. Everything was delicious yet again!

The first time we visited, we didn’t realise they also had cocktails and home made kombuchas. We don’t drink alcohol, however people around us seemed to be enjoying their tropical themed drinks.
