I purchased a boxwood plant from this nursery, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. When I bought it, it looked great but as soon and I took it home, it started drying up and eventually died. There was mold growing on the branches.

When I reached out to them for a refund for the defective product, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of empathy. They refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the plant and offered me a GIFT CARD for 50% of the item. It feels like they don’t stand behind their products at all.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and look elsewhere for healthier plants and better customer service. This experience has left me frustrated and regretting my purchase

Every time I go here to try and buy something they treat me as if I shouldn't be there. The last time I showed up at 3:35, Google says they chose at 4 and their sign by the parking lot days 4:30, they said we close in a few minutes can we help you with anything. Not a good place to go to if you expect good service.

This is a lovely plant nursery we ran into while driving around the Haverford area! The woman who helped us was super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about all of her plants and how she would use them in a landscape (we overheard her helping another customer with plans for her yard).

We honestly just stopped by because they had a sign saying that they sold raw local honey, and when we asked her about it she showed us where her bees are kept on property and pointed to the plants the bees were currently pollinating! That was pretty cool, and made for a great experience.

Her plants seemed healthy and well cared for, and I expect anyone shopping here will get top grade customer service! They also sell a nice variety of seeds for your annual plants.

Wonderful owners and incredible selection of high quality trees and plants you won’t find elsewhere. The owners helped plan a large flower bed project with six trees and a large number of plants. Couldn’t be happier.

They just got in so many nice plants and trees!!! They also have soil, mulch, and at a better price than most places. Trish is so helpful and so sweet. Run, don’t walk.

Buyer beware!!! purchased trees and shrubs two years ago. Mostly all have died off. They guaranteed the purchase for a short period of time but kept pushing off a return saying that it takes time for plants and trees to adjust to planting and to give it time. Needless to say warranty had passed and plantings are completely dead with no recourse. They come off very helpful but it's all an act!!!
