It appears Moon Valley Nursery Corporate Office doesn't like to return correspondence, nor does Moon Valley Nursery issue refunds when they plant trees that die. Customer service was great and we were pleased with some of their products until there was an issue. Be mindful of your purchase.

I had Moon Valley remove a large tree and grind some stumps so they could plant ficus columns in my backyard. Their pricing for removal and grinding was a little higher than other estimates, but I went with it because they have provided top notch service in the past...and I was not disappointed this time either. They showed up on schedule, with 5 workers and sytematically removed the tree in a matter of a few minutes.They hauled the debris out front and transported it away. Everyone moved so efficiently and someone even skimmed my pool before they took off but they were in and out. The stump grinding happened the next day and was just as efficient, even though they had to work around irrigation and other obstacles like our back wall. They cleaned up the entire area and left things nicer than they found it. Great experience.

My experience with Moon Valley Nursery has been so easy even when I threw a wrench in the deal by adding work. They were able to get it scheduled with previously scheduled work and it was accomplished on the same day. You can't even tell I had trees in theses locations. They were organized and made short work removing the trees and grinding stumps. they cleaned all of the mess made and then some to leave my yard looking perfect. I am very pleased in their performance.

Moon Valley came out to remove two trees and grind the stumps. Because of a change in scheduling, I asked for the crew to come out sooner than originally planned. The Moon Valley office staff was able to get the crew out ahead of schedule which was great! They took down the two trees and the stump grinding crew came a few days later and after they finished, you would never know that there was ever a large tree there. I highly recommend them !

Can't say enough good things about Moon Valley, in particular the Mesa location. My wife & I purchased some columns & various other plants which they installed last fall & then we had them return a couple weeks ago to trim some mature trees & remove a stump. Communication on scheduling is always excellent & customer service throughout the process was outstanding. Patrick & Mike specifically addressed all of our questions/concerns & are fantastic to work with should anyone need a reference. Installers/employees never cut corners or rushed our jobs. Again, can't say enough good things about our entire experience & will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

Moon Valley did a great job! I had a tree fall over during a storm. They were out to my place within a week to remove the tree and then a couple days later to remove stumps and plant new trees. I was also very impressed with how well they planted and secured the new trees. I feel there prices represent quality work.

What a great experience! Moon Valley removed a 30-foot tall acacia from my front yard. They were careful and conscientious about the removal, which was greatly appreciated! They came back the next day to grind the stump so we can plant a new shade tree. What a ton of work - but it looks like the tree was never there. So pleased with the results - highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery!

Mesquite trees can grow so fast that the limbs become too heavy for the young trunks. My two-year old mesquite broke apart and needed to go. The guys at Moon Valley removed the tree and stump, and left a good-sized hole for a replacement (a Desert Willow) to be planted a week later. The customer service at Moon Valley is great -- they always blow off any mess left behind, making everything look better!
