Made my first ever visit to Moore’s earlier this month (Oct 2023) after an internet search for tripod ladders in NI; their reviews were consistently great and very reassuring.
I was keen to see and assess the ladders in person, rather than try to buy unseen online.
The service I received at Moore’s was excellent … everyone was very helpful & professional & friendly & patient, with no unspoken pressure to buy.
After being able to check out and try the ladder, and having been given a night to think it over, I went ahead and bought the Nawaki 8 foot “Original” ladder.
Have used it a lot over the last 2 weeks, the ladder is great, exactly what I need for tall hedges … I should have bought it years ago !
I am very happy to strongly recommend Moore’s, and I’ll be very happy to return for further kit.

Excellent! This is my store of choice to buy equipment. You can buy with confidence as Moore’s only stock what is proven to be durable. After sales support is second to none. Great to speak to people who are experienced and knowledgeable. After having bad experience with B&Q now taking back a newly bought defective Bosch hedge cutter I’m hesitant to buy from whole sealers.

Went to buy a new chainsaw with a rough idea of what I needed. I had a very insightful conversation with the (I think) 2nd and 3rd generation of this family business about the best saw for my needs. The 2 fellas had fantastic knowledge of their saws and took the time to explain to me which was best suited to my needs. There was no hard sales pitch, no pressure and absolutely no rush just sound honest family business advice. Thanks boys I look forward to using my new husky 545.

I recently bought an Ego hedge cutter from Moore's. It was my first time dealing with them. I was more than happy. They were a slightly better price than another dealer and the young man in the shop was really knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to make another Ego purchase in the near future and I will be going back to Moore's for sure!
