Mountain Park is fantastic. My visit was wonderful as usual. My doctor, Dr Rachel Sy is fabulous. She is always professional. She listens to my concerns attentively. This was my first visit, friendly people, efficient and all went well. They were respectful of my time. I had an appointment at 2:30 and I was taken back at 2:31. Completed initial interview with the Nurse and within few minutes the Doctor was with me. Dr. Hawkins was not rushed and kept moving through questions, he was respectful and sincere. The lab draw was painless and the Specialist was smooth and very professional. Best experience in a doctors office I’ve had. I look forward to my return and recommend this clinic as efficient and professional.

I absolutely love this health center!!!! NP Ms. Rubio is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, great bedside manners, thorough and down to earth!! I have had only great experiences with this Health Center!! My last NP Stephanie Martinez was wonderful as well and she recommended me to Rubio because their practice is similar and she was right!! Love Mountain Park very much!! Keep up the great work!!

I have always had good experience at Mountain park Gateway. They have great staff in the check in area as well as the doctor's assistant; they are very friendly and respectful to you. As to with the doctors, my experience has been with Dr Sy, she's been my doctor for many years she is very thorough, never rush always take time in the room to examine her patients and have time for me to ask questions. The waiting time as with any other practice some have more wait time then others. Waited less than 5 minutes to be call that's nothing compare to other practices.

My first visit was really nice and fast. General filling of paperwork and medical questions but best of all didn't have to repeat myself with everyone I spoke with. I really hope they are as consistent with my care. Everyone there was very friendly offering all the assistance needed.
