I recently purchased a custom-built food truck from Luis and his dad, and I have to say, it has completely transformed my business. From the moment I got the truck, I could tell it was built with the highest level of care and attention to detail. As far as a family business is concerned no one can top MSM. They built a truck for me not that long ago and the level of quality and care that went into this build is no longer available in this day & age. Luis is hands on , takes his time and it shows. This truck gets a real workout on a daily basis and honestly besides normal wear & tear this truck is solid ! Top notch parts and top notch people clearly make for a top notch truck. I would never ever have anyone else build for me and also they are great for the maintenance & up keep. You’re in great hands with these guys no need to look anywhere else !!!!!

I can't describe our experience in just a couple words. It would simply cheapen this review. I could not write enough to paint a perfect picture of this team and how well our build went together. Luis Sr. and Luis Jr. Our second family, in the end.
From day one Luis jr. showed his talent in drawing up plans and taking the chicken scratch plans I had and made some sense of the mess. We both understood that this build was going to be an electrically intensive. Held our hands through the entire process of getting the equipment we needed and using the equipment we had. Carmen's Gypsy Coffee Bar was no a simple job. Starting with the 1989 P30 we had 12 feet to cram in a coffee shop that would rival any brick and mortar coffee shop. We wanted to be the only full service coffee bar in Long Beach and Luis Sr and Jr. made our dream happen.
I have had experiences with builders of other projects in the past and a simple car would take years to complete. Where this road had never been traveled (full coffee bar) by Luis we really put our heads together and made this happen in a little over 7 months. In my book this is real fast and never fell short of quality craftsmanship... If it did not look right or worked correctly, it got changed or fixed or altered so it would do the job right and look like a million bucks.
Like I mentioned in the beginning, not enough words.. SIX STARS if I could give it.

He gave me a tour of their current work. Wow. Quality is a understatement, Top of the line craftsmanship and amazing esthetics. We schedule the appointment after the had quoted me.
