I’ve visited Mule Hell twice the past year and shopped online as well. The service is outstanding: each visit the shopkeeper has helped me by making recommendations based off of my needs. The online orders I’ve placed have been handled with care and shipped so fast it’s almost magic. My favorite products are the face washes. I have very sensitive skin and struggle to find gentle and safe products. I love the pink bottle for primary use and the black bottle once to twice a week for an exfoliating wash. Their hand soaps are also great!

My husband and I stumbled upon this store during a quick visit to Galax and immediately fell in love! I bought the shea butter body lotion and wow! My skin has NEVER felt this soft before. We went back and stocked up before we left town and will for sure continue to order online!

I visited in fall of 2023( about 21/2 months ago) and am extremely happy with the lotions and soaps! Especially the jewel weed/ calamine topical! I’m using it for an annoying allergic rash I’ve had. As you can see in my pic, i’ve used it a lot and can’t wait for my Jan visit (to see friends) to pick up more!! Great stuff to have on hand for sure. I’m also picky about my lavender and essential oil lotions but hers is top on my list!

I used to live in the area and fell in love with the products that Mule Hell Trading Co. has to offer! Now when I come to visit my friends in the area, I HAVE to make sure I stop by and grab my favorite products!

I love the body & face scrubs, the headache stick, and the body butter! And every scent is amazing! My favorite scents to purchase/gift are anything lavender, oat & honey, mermaid, or the patchouli rose!

And their customer service is amazing! When I asked about a product they didn’t have made at the time, but explained I was from out of town- they quickly made me a small batch so I didn’t have to ship or wait until my next visit. Super sweet!

I absolutely love this place. Their products are amazing. My favorite is the body lotions. I also bought a lip balm from them because my lips were so chapped loved it as well. The owner was very helpful. This was my 3rd visit here, my daughters had sent me in to get some products for them as well. Every time I visit my son and his family I make sure to stop in. I also really like the bubble bath bombs too their great for my jacuzzi tub not super bubbly (which is bad for the jets) just the right amount of bubbles. I can’t say enough about this place. Anyone who visits galax should visit this store. They have so many options even for men. Love love! They also give free samples sometimes which is great.
