We are Stan and Terri Johnson, of Grove28vending.
Being retired from my full time job, I wanted something to do that would not interfere with my retired lifestyle. Something I don’t have to babysit, and allows us to make money while on vacations.
We found “Naturals2go”. What a great decision this company made in allowing me to become one of their owner/operators. I can’t say enough about them. From the owner on down, to me they are nothing but top notch. We went to training in October of 2023. Training instilled upon us the drive to reach for all we could grasp. Here we are, 6 months later, with 10 fully operational vending machines. Most importantly, I work for myself. This business is so very simple, if you follow the plan. Keep your machines clean and stocked, listen to your customers wants, provide them with the products they desire, and you cannot fail!
I’m living proof.
We have many people to thank, from the owner on down to all the trainers and our personal coach.
But 2 gentleman stand out. Matt Genova, and Rob Pastor. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are after only 6 months in.

If you ever decide you want to be your own boss look no further. Naturals 2go is definitely a business you would love, enjoy, have fun, and make money. Heat the CEO is the most wonderful man you'll ever meet. The training, the 3 course meal, the snack, the hotel, the best machines are all one packed. It's well worth the investment. I meet Kevin Wright an awesome person he didn"t force nor did he keep harassing me to get in the business. All the staff are very caring and helpful, they are there for you whatever you need. Naturals 2go is one big family, you'll treated with love ❤️ and respect. You are assigned to a manager
coach, and a financial expert. Ed Rhode is my coach. After meeting with him he came out and fix my flat tire. Ed help me set up my 1st machine and there for me to answer any questions. Naturals 2go is family, my only regret is I took to long to find out about them. I'm here for the duration of my lifetime I'm not going anywhere. I brought 6 machine and Heath the CEO gave me one! I placed them all and looking to purchase 4 more. Ive done this in less than two Months.
God is so good, He answered my prayers and brought me to this loving ❤️ caring family business. You can't just sit back and wait, In order to start your own business you have to start! Hello Everyone! This is Pam from White Feather Vending. I reached out to Naturals2Go in 2021 when I needed to care for my mother and was looking for something with more flexibility in order to be able to do that and quit my day job. After talking to N2Go, I had a great feeling and what a great decision I made!! It is indeed a great company - with friendly and helpful team members that really want you to succeed in this business. They will always go the extra mile for you. Its hard to tell about N2Go in a few words .. they are awesome and a highly ethical company. I had signed up for 10 machines from them and have been in business for the last 3.5 years. They provided great training, help setup your online accounts, web presence and social media. Eric Kneidel is a phenomenal locator and he had helped me a lot to locate my vending units along with Lucas Lazzarotto. Even today, when I have a question or problem I reach out to Eric and he is always willing to help. They also send a seasoned coach to help you with your first delivery. I had Dave Robertson as my coach and he is fantastic as well. Whenever I had a question and I asked him, he is always responsive and helped me out. Amanda Kempisty and Bethany Schneeberger run a fantastic logistics team that makes sure your machines reach your locations seamlessly. If you are disciplined and willing to put in the work to care for your customers and your business, keep your machines clean and stocked, this is a very easy business to sustain that provides you with steady cash flow. I love this vending business and I love N2Go!! I would like to keep going with the N2Go family for as long as I can…

The entire Naturals2Go team is amazing and easy to work with. They provide full support from ordering machines, machine training, finding locations and ongoing help during operations.

Eric K especially is great. He’s always happy to jump on a call and help with any business questions I have. He’s been a life saver many times when I’ve had questions about finding and talking with locations, running the business, working with people and more.

Their technical support is amazing too. Andrew and Ryan are my go-to guys whenever I have any technical questions, and they’re always able to help with answers in a timely manner.

I’ve worked with a lot of vending companies and suppliers, yet by far, Naturals2Go is the best!

As a newly transitioned military veteran I was looking for that next chapter that would jump start me into entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, my experience with N2G has been somewhat disappointing. While they market themselves as experts in vending machine placement, it’s clear that this is not their core expertise. Their promise to secure locations that generate 100 vends per week has proven to be highly questionable, as the sites they provided have not come close to this sales pitch. It took several months to place all 5 purchased machines, two locators on two separate occasions. They require full payment of all machines ordered prior to sending you to their training program which leaves you paying a massive loan while not making any money for several months.

Rather than prioritizing the success of their current customers, N2G seems to focus primarily on pulling in more new operators to sell more machines to with little effort to ensure viable, high-traffic placements. I had several folks in my training class from the same small area where they not only have to compete with each other but with already well established other operators who also happen to be trainers for N2G. Just seems kind of shady that they lure you in with these grand promises of easy success and fail to mention how many other N2G operators are in your immediate area plus outside vending companies in addition. The lack of follow-through and accountability in rectifying poor site selections raises concerns about the effectiveness and sustainability of their business model.

The “Lifetime Warranty Program” where they boast easy relocation if their initial placement doesn’t have the vends per week they promised is a joke. The cost to physically relocate is left on you as the operator to figure out and shoulder. In addition, they’ll make you as the operator feel like you’re failing by mandating training sessions to optimize your location prior to finding new locations which sets you back even further because they have a multiple month delay in this process since they’re so backed up with relocation requests.

If you are considering working with N2G, I would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before committing, as their execution does not align with the expectations they set.

One of the only positive comments I’ll leave is that my second locator, Azunna, was a real rockstar. Not only did he take time to get to know me as an operator to learn about the way I want to run my business but he also hustled hard while he was in my area finding good locations. He is a natural at speaking with strangers and getting to know potential customers to get you a machine placement.

Overall, you’re paying over market dollar if you go with N2G. They’ll teach you some helpful things at the in person training and throughout the process but looking back now I don’t think these services validate the astronomical price tag they’ll charge you per machine. I can buy 2+ new machines for the price of their one in comparison now that I have my feet on the ground and could have figured a lot of this out on my own. A costly learning lesson in my opinion so proceed with caution.

I paid for 8 machines in June 2023 and that was a mistake. The first was delivered after three months, the third was delivered after 10 months, and the last was delivered after 18 months! My ROI as a new entrepreneur was clearly never a priority for Naturals2Go/Vendtech. In fact, they started delivering machines to another new operator in my area well before they filled their obligation to me. TERRIBLE.
HOWEVER, I must also say that the coaching, the logistics, and the technical support have been EXCELLENT, and although my timeline and overall experience with locating was terrible, one week of placing/ locating machines by Jason McCoy (in month #16) was fantastic! Great salesman, good energy, works hard, and gets results!
