We use NBC’s boundary peppers and ruby red onions on our sliders. They have a great wholesale operation and brand new manufacturing facility that will also house a tasting room. NBC pickles also make FANTASTIC gifts! You can order and pay online from their website. They will ship directly to your grill enthusiast! The owner Matt is super nice and knowledgeable. If you’re nice he might even give you some of his secret dry rub.

If you haven't tried NBC products you are missing out. The pickles are extraordinary, but the Stagecoach Carrots are out of this world. I order them by the case and can literally eat the whole jar by myself. Also, the brine makes an excellent vinaigrette when your jar is sadly empty. Don't even get me started on how insanely good NBC pickles are in a Bloody Mary. Go in and grab a few jars, but be prepared to visit frequently to get your "pickle" fix.

Stopped in to see what they had and they were closed to the public. He was very kind and spoke to us about their product and their new hot sauce line coming out, cant wait to try. I bought a jar of pickles from the flagstore and am happy to report they are good. ✌
