To all GYM PEEPS! Including people who want something healthy. New spot in the 510!!

I had to go check this out. A friend recommended me this spot, though it’s a fresh to the public. The outcome of the protein shake and protein bowl has set the bar high! Indoor seating gives you a welcoming to the place. Street parking is the only factor to this location. No parking lots nearby. Moving forward, I got the protein recovery shake because it was my rest day from the gym. I ordered the choco nana (P4). The shake was thick and just right when you slurp on the straw. My friend ordered the protein bowl, and for the amount it costs, the portion was a lot and good for taste! I’d definitely recommend checking this place out with friends or even go on a solo mission yourself. S/O to Clara the Business owner for opening a spot to share her experience to the people 🙂

I had a sweet tooth so instead of hitting some burger shop for a milkshake full of sugar, I decided to hit this place up. And I am so glad I did. I got their Fruity Pebbles shake with 24g of protein and low sugar, and their Watermelon Dream Collagen Tea with only 20 calories. If you're in Richmond looking for a sweet alternative to sugary drinks, this is the place for you!

Healthy/Macro-friendly alternative to Starbucks or donut shops! With the service being friendly & food/drinks being delicious, I don’t understand how this shop isn’t packed 24/7. Whenever I have a sweet tooth, I’m coming here! BONUS- the owner is very friendly! This place is an all-in-one package.
