I contacted them to file a claim. I spoke to John the representative of the insured & all I received was a condescending tone & very poor service. He was telling me I have no claim. Well it is not for him to determine that! He is a Broker & not the insurance company! Then I called back after hanging up on John cause he was just to rude to deal with! I then called back I asked 2 very simple things of the receptionist John's e-mail & the Insurance companies e-mail & she proceeded to stone wall me not offering me the Insurance companies e-mail only John's e-mail the guy I had just told to F--k off earlier. It's really disturbing how this Insurance agency stone walls those who seek to make a claim. These two people brought out the worst in me & I am upset with them & myself for letting it happen! It bring's me no joy to use foul language...

Terrible service they use be good fews years ago regarding insurance needs it hard to even reach some one speak to in any department voice mails are not even return not doing any business with this company
