Had some issues with my load before I came here, so I ended up being 3 hours late for my appointment. When I showed up they were still able to get me loaded and on my way! Check in via the intercom when you pull up to either entrance gate, open doors, slide tandems and proceed to assigned door. After you receive the green light you head to the exit and check out. There were trucks parked on the street, however it is posted no parking from 22:00-04:00. I was there later in the day so I had to check out on a kiosk (super easy), grab bills and go. Took about 2 hours total from entry to exit. Make sure your trailer is clean and odor free! A robot does the loading and if there is debris it will reject you. I will not hesitate to come back again!

My first time picking up at this location. Was a excellent experience for me. Easy to find, arrived early for a 0730 PU. Used scan code on sign to check in at 0545. Lots of trucks parked on curbs outside of gate entrance. I opened my doors, and slide tandems before entering driveway to gate. Gave my 8 digits PU number and other information once I got a text msg back. Got to gate and used intercom and received a door instantly. Backed into door with no issues and loading began momentarily. Went to exit gate and used electronic system there. Also picked out my seal from many they have for you in a bucket. Once you enter that seal info along with other required instructions and electronically sign your BOL’s are printed to the right of system thru a slot in the window. You then proceed to next intercom to open exit gate. I was done and out by 0658. Thanks folks.

It’s good. Different. But good. I seen a post on the truckerapp that said they arrived 2 hours early and was loaded in a good amount of time. So I tried arriving 2 hours early and didn’t quite have the same experience ! I was told the first time to come back around my appointment time. My appointment was at 1:30pm and they said come back at 1pm cause they don’t have a door. They’re full. So I come back at about 1:15ish and was told they still don’t have a door so I’ll have to go back to being parked outside. But this time they got my phone number as to call me when there was one. It was before two pm that they called. It’s different because everyone you talk to is over a speaker. Even at check out. You fill out the info on a tablet attached to the wall and they have the seals right there in between the two tablets. Once you confirm all the info there’s a window you go to on the right that has an opening that you put your hand through to get the paperwork that is printed out. Make sure you get all your papers. It took a couple of minutes to print them. At first it looked like it was just gonna be one paper but seeing that it was one paper I was confused and stood there a minute and that’s when I seen more papers being printed. I didn’t grab them and leave right away and it’s a good thing cause it printed a couple more ! They do have a speaker thing you can push a button on if you need any help. It was interesting.

Worst company you can haul for
You talk to someone thru a box you do your own paperwork you never speak to anyone face to face
They load you wrong then make you wait 3 or 4 hrs to correct it like it's no big deal
I will never pull their cheap freight didn't realize how cheap it was till the guy I lease to told me. Said he was just trying to get me to san deigo to load produce
I would rather sit for a week or dead head 300 mile than load here again

Having been to multiple niagra warehouses before I know how slow they can be so I was expecting to be there for atleast 5 hours. I was there for a little less than 2 hours, maybe the robot like my trailer ?

Just trying to help. When arriving it’s best to have tandems slid back and doors open before checking in through intercom at the gate. Makes things simpler when getting to your assigned doors. Loading is all done by robots so no humans going in trailers. The evening yard mover is kind and helpful if having problems with doors not locking you in, or having trouble getting into spots when it’s slow.
Just be sure you have your numbers, trailer number and destination where your going before hand to make process quicker.

It’s an easy place to find, much room to turn and back up. However if you are concern about the life of your trailer this is not the place. They have a machine Going in with 2 pallets at the same time, roughly about 4500 pounds just in product no counting the robot. Take that in consideration before booking a water load.
