Outstanding customer service! This was a great choice for Valentine's Day! Ordered 3 dozen w/balloons delivered to my wife's work. The whole office loved the cakes! As a side note, I asked if they could deliver my bobbleheads created for V-Day and they were happy to do so. Thank you Nicole and all staff involved. Highly recommend!!

Okay so I was told these cakes are the most moist delicious cakes you've ever had! So I go in to get a free one for my birthday and it truly was the most moist delicious cake ever! Which was great because my husband bought me a 40$ birthday cake for that following weekend! Well when we got it let's just say it was tiny! But I reassured him it is so good and worth the 40$! I honestly dont know what happened because my 40$ cake was so dry I didnt even eat it 🙁 they also got the colors completely wrong for the bow on top (not a huge deal but still a bummer because it didnt match the party :/) I dont think I'll ever order from here again it's not worth the 40$ of dry cake 🙁 I will be back for my free birthday cake seeing as that one was good. But spending money for dry cake? No thank you! Never again. Hopefully no one else had to deal with dry cake on their birthday 🙁

We bought 2 personal cakes with extra frosting. After we paid and they added the frosting(10 minutes-not bad), we got our cakes. We requested utensils to eat them with and we're told: "Unfortunately, we don't have any utensils. Your best bet would be Starbucks. " Like, seriously, you sell food but have nothing to eat it with? Then you suggest we walk an 1/8 of a mile to a different company and go in for just utensils. How embarrassing.
