As we can see, customer service and website is 0 stars, don’t waste your time with this brand, this people has been around since the 20s and have no ambition to grow, they still don’t have capability to respond the demand, find a similar brand that is responsible and not lazy as this one, is plenty out here. Is not worth you start to n their meds and next month you run out cause u won’t find it anymore. This Danish company are used to their small crowd in Denmark, they won’t keep up.

🤬I have attempted to actually connect with Larkin, a health care coach for diabetes, which is a total scam, disaster & joke!!! I set up a few months worth of PHONE APPOINTMENTS & she has NEVER yet kept her end of the professional promise to be available or call me at those dates & times!
I think this is truly a WASTE OF TIME to actually believe she is even doing her job at this point!!
She is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & this consult program for diabetes is a joke!
I am a person in need of any & all help to support my health in diabetes which I have not received as of yet!!

Customer Care is a joke. I tried calling their 866 and 609 numbers every day for over a week. You are left ON HOLD without ever speaking to a live body. They are a prescription company. How could they not answer their phones What about all those people that have drug related emergencies? Thank God I am not waiting for a heart transplant from them. I'd be dead!!!!!!!

Seven days. Still no answer on any of their lines. Absolutely despicable!!!

As one who has had professional experience in customer service and dealing with the public. I find this to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. .I have spent a minimum of 5+ hours on the telephone trying to reach me and provide some sort of assistance. They easily put their hand out to collect my hard earned money to for to pay for medication. I had a problem with my Ozempic pen and my GREAT pharmacist advised me that I need to reach out the company. I have tried every prompt on their phone line and never received one pick up. I even selected the phone option in connection with a medical emergency still no response. This medication is not free or cheap and expensive for me and I am unable to get any help. What kind of company is this? one with its hand out to collect $ but not help the customers.

Don't expect an easy time applying for financial help with medication. The company is completely incompetent & does not know how their own system works. Year 2 on Paperwork handed in January 2022!! Hold times are greater than 70 minutes?

Hundreds of people, myself included, are without medication. This has been going on for months! My pharmacy and doctor have been working tirelessly trying to get more of my medication in stock, and it all traces back to the manufacturer, which is Novo Nordisk. There is a huge shortage, and this is a serious issue...with Novo Nordisk to blame. The pharmacy has stated to me that I am one of hundreds who are currently unable to get their medication, and that this manufacturer has left them in the dark as to why there is a shortage of medications. Novo Nordisk, you need to get your act together and find a way to increase production. There is no excuse for leaving people without the medication that they need to survive and maintain quality of life. Shame on you.

This company hyped people on their weight loss medication but then can’t produce it in its lowest dose. I just got off the phone with a representative who told me a year at least backup but the higher dose has had release this month. So you can produce the higher dose but not the low dose. Not a fan. I’m not impressed.

Horrible, was on the phone over an hour trying to get thru, and when I did get to talk to someone it was so much static we couldn't hear eacher. The line was disconnected. I'm trying to get an address to return my " reject insulin pens" they sent to my pharmacy. No address, no insulin pens and I'm out $80. This company Is a joke!!!
