Once again came here for a business trip and had an issue with payment which was nothing to do with the hotel. The reason I bring this up is because the staff were great about it and was willing to help rather than push us to the side. Rooms are amazing, clean. Used the bar this time which was fine and food for breakfast in the morning was great and had a lot of choices. Overall another nice stay and will recommend to friends.

I was welcomed with a telling off because the room was booked by my husband (with his Accor account), but he was not present. I had to prove that I was his wife, and then I was told that I could not have the drink voucher and I was abusing the system. It was embarassing being told this in front of my colleagues and other customers.
The room was very cold. Not a great experience.
I regret that I booked this hotel (for me and also my colleague). I am always very loyal to the brand but this experience has broken my loyalty. Next time I'll stay in the hotel provided by the conference or on a IHG hotel (as I am a member). I have cancelled my 2 night stay in London Ibis Heathrow and booked on Holiday Inn instead. I am also booking 5 days in Plymouth on Crown Plaza (instead of Accor)

Good location. Very clean rooms. The only issue I had was the sink took forever to drain, and the water pressure on the shower was poor. Get these issues fixed and I would give it 5 stars.

From arrival to leaving the whole experience was perfect, the breakfast was amazing so much to chose from in the buffet, the fresh pancake machine was a hit with the children, so peaceful and relaxing throughput. Spacious bathroom and facilities. Booking in was so helpful and made to feel welcome.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights and was impressed with several aspects of my visit. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions.

However, there was a significant downside to my stay. Both the pool and the spa were not operational throughout my entire visit. This was particularly disappointing as these amenities were advertised prominently, and we had chosen this hotel partly for these services. It felt misleading to have these features highlighted but not available during our stay.

Overall, while the cleanliness, organization, and customer service were excellent, the lack of promised amenities was a major letdown. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

Stayed here for work and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful with everything. Great choices for breakfast and tasty meals in the restaurant.
The rooms are amazing and well cleaned and woke up to a great view each morning!

A truly lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and even left a birthday surprise in our room which was a lovely touch.

We travelled with our baby and everyone was extremely accommodating.

The pool is also lovely - thanks for a great stay!
