I was just here stopping by with friends visiting the bay for our first time, and the security person treated us rudely because we don't have employees invited us over. He even comes over ask us to leave when we just sit down on the chair to wrap our thoughts around where to go next. Sadly, this beautiful building doesn't match with its people's attitude.

Amazing building and campus. Awesome concept to have so little walls. It’s like an airport hanger with a beehive pyramid built in the middle. So quiet and everywhere you look it’s like a stock photo of “productive people at work”. The cafeteria was so clean and good food. So dang clean and inventive. I couldn’t compare this to any other office space I’ve been. Incredible!

Nvidia Paper launch day, poor staff knowledge and promotion. No product, no updates for weeks, no eta, poor communication with suppliers. Chinese new year, yes we know, it happens every year. Thinking a better strategy upfront might help. Overall not a great experience. Avoid launch days, they clearly take advantage of people’s passion. Nvidia managed to do the worst launch of any serious big brand I have ever experienced. Jensen showed his new jacket and some big chips to boost trading stocks but the product is nowhere to be seen. Congrats Nvidia, the worst launch, you’ve made it. Keep using and abusing your fans.

Company is a joke they have been in business for decades and still don't know how to get a video card release right. They already over charge for their AI video card with no real actual gains and allow scalpers to buy all thier inventory to overcharge their loyal customers. Whoever runs this company is a joke. Stop buying from Nvidia they are price gouging there 5 series video cards that are barely better then the 4 series. They do not care about their customers anymore.

I purchased a 4090 back in October, now the graphics card is faulty. I took it to Best Buy where they did multiple tests. Best Buy said it was bad to contact Nvidia which i did. I work from home and depend on my PC. Nvidia support guys said i have to send the graphics card first 🤦🏻‍♂️ it takes up to 15 days for me to get the replacement back, now how am i supposed to work with no graphics card This is unacceptable, we pay so much for these graphics cards for them to act like this. Well i guess i will go back to Ryzen, at least their customer service is better.

This was my first time to visit this company.
I entered the park and was looking for the visitor center. A female security guard asked if we were employees. When we said no, she immediately became very rude and chased us away without explaining the reason. She also wouldn’t let us take photos in front of the company’s entrance, saying that photography is not allowed here. The security guard’s attitude was terrible. I feel ashamed for this company for hiring such a poor security guard.
