My Husband and I love this place. We always stop after our bank visit. It has become our little tradition. We love all of the staff there, always greeted with smiles and any time we need any help they are more that kind and quick to help! We have plants from this place that have been with us for few years now and we still love them!!

I have shopped at Oak Street for years. I am an avid gardener and I have a home in Birmingham. The employees of Oak Street have all been there for years dare I say decades. They are all knowledgeable. They are kind. They are gracious. They are helpful. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. What a gift we have here.

I absolutely love shopping here. Not only can I find what I need 90% of the time, they make sure to lead you in the right direction that other 10%! They carry all of my preferred brands!! Extremely helpful and personable staff. They’re always eager to answer and question you throw their way whether it’s by a phone call or coming in directly. Their plants are very well taken care of and it shows in how beautiful they all are! Honestly, this shop is my top choice for all my gardening needs. They make the most beautiful arrangements for any occasion and never disappoint. I walk out with a handful of goodies and a smile on my face every time! Even if you’re not a gardener, their indoor plant selection is to die for. They’ve got all the bells and whistles inside! When I still lived in the area I frequented at least twice a week, but even still, living a few hours a way, the commute is worth it and I always know they’re a quick phone call away for any question big or small! I don’t quite think there’s any other garden shop that could truly compare.

I love this adorable Garden Shop! The place itself has so much charm. I love that it’s not a chain and that they have better prices than several other places around Birmingham.
It says a lot when the majority of the staff has been employed there for decades. I like knowing that I’ll see one of their wonderful, knowledgeable and caring team members there every time I go.
Their selection of indoor and outdoor plants is phenomenal and they have some extremely creative arrangements and a good assortment of things for gifts.

I live in Nashville and recently visited this adorable shop. I was blown away by their selection and pricing. I own a nursery, so I really didn’t need plants But, their container selection and prices were amazing! I left there with 4 very large containers and 2 smaller ones. They were just too special to pass up for that price! I haven’t seen anything like them in my own city. And, I met the nicest people. A lady named Kris helped me, she is really talented. I will be back! Thank you Oak Street!
