In regards to Ke’Aina Kai Town Homes: Parked in the Guest Only parking assuming it was for GUESTS and was towed. Looking more closely, in small lettering, the sign says “must display placard”. Is there a reason why no one picked up after calling four times trying to ask about the placard and how to get one? What is the point of having people onsite and an office if no one is going to pick up or help with the situation? It’s incredibly disappointing that this community has zero communication and refuses to pick up phones while I have to pay to get my car back and STILL have to find out how to get a placard. Waste my time 2023

Beware of the towing companies. If you ever lock yourself out of the garage or have an emergency and leave the car outside for a very temporary time (less than ten minutes), then you’ll get towed to sand island. Regardless of it you’re outside your own garage and not obstructing the alleyway. And it’s $272 cash only.

Jeremy needs a raise everyone. Be on the look out. Jeremy is NAILS... Thank God for the two girls managing the office. They are the perfect two to assist the Ke' Alohi Kai community. They made the process so easy and were very very friendly.

What's extremely frustrating with Jeremy is the violations that he issues was in place 4 years ago and only now it's a violation. Starting with No Solicitation signs. 23 of my neighbors have the same sign. Jeremy need to go and I'll be sure to attend the next association meeting.

This is a neighborhood community center available for rent by residents for parties, meetings, and gatherings. Small kitchen facilities available as well as tables and chairs for rent. Large grassy area available for bounce houses, outdoor dining, or projection movies.

Jeremy is a raciest and is targeting me. They told me to plant a bush and I did now he is sending me a letter telling me to move it 1 foot to the right and when I unload my stuff for the beach or groceries he’s always sending me a letter that I can’t park in by my garage to do that. Also I had a party on thanksgiving and at 7pm the neighbors said my music was loud for my thanksgiving party.
