There’s a FEDEX On-site located inside this store… Zero stars would be more like it! It’s a long story of how a simple request to send a less-than-one-pound package FedEx was quoted over $100, then over $70, then over $40 to go from Oahu to Idaho. Then it’s supposed to arrive FOUR DAYS later and it’s now FIVE DAYS later and the tracking shows it’s still on Oahu! I wanted it sent FEDEX and upon looking closer at the receipt the employee sent it USPS Priority Mail instead! For nearly $50, a very time-sensitive package is not arriving until God Knows When! Next day I take similar package to Pearl City FedEx and it cost $11.27 and arrived at same destination in Idaho in 3 days! If FedEx is going to have an office inside of an Office Max, those employees need to know what they are doing!!
Called store manager named Gathen last night who sent call to the desk where FedEx is located in the print shop and all that person could say is that it left their store so no assistance was provided… all of this situation reflects poorly on both Office Max and FedEx… both names we ought to be able to trust!

If I could , I would give them a 0 we usually place an order at the waikele location. But this time we did it at Kapolei. I called them asking if they could fix our poster we just received bc the cuts are crooked they said they can’t do anything about that bc it’s their machine that cuts it 😂 well if u look at the picture the machine did not do a great job and this stuff is $18 man just admit it you guys can’t do your jobs right. Like man can’t do anything to help us out that’s crazy we didn’t send it online crooked last time I check. I’m just pretty piss. Man not doing my business here anymore.

as a fedex site, they're terrible. Tried to make a return from Walmart. They told me to go Kinkos in Pearl City with an excuse they don't have a barcode scanner. I ended up missing the return deadline as I don't drive out that way much.

I brought in an old DVD that had my mom and dad's wedding on it. It was so old it wouldn't open Misha at the print area went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. They found an app that would covert my data to a playable format and put the new format on a thumb drive so I can easily make more copies. I would have paid anything have this footage. Thank you Misha you are a Rockstar!

Excellent service. No hassle pickup in store order. Only thing I can suggest is online inventory should be updated daily. Was told only 1 in stock but yet had multiple on the shelf as well as more than one color! That kind of information is game-changing not only did it keep me as a customer but most likely always work for somebody else as well. Still nonetheless I give a five-star rating because of the simplicity of the pickup, their staff are super friendly even the gentleman I talked to on the phone super helpful super knowledgeable good job Office Max
