This is really one of the best convenience stores. They have a good amount of items at a reasonable price and have good hours. They have a deli/kitchen counter that is really a hidden gem. Very tasty plates with local favorite foods like loco mocos, teriyaki chicken, Korean pork, chicken cutlet, as well as sandwiches, burgers, and salads and a daily soup. They also have several specials every day.

What sets this place apart is the friendly workers. They are all really nice, and that goes a long way for me.

I was sad to hear that the former business closed down as I loved their sandwiches. Well, I can confirm that those same delicious sandwiches are back!

I almost always get their pastrami on sourdough. It's just as I remember it and it's awesome! I would post a picture but unfortunately I ate it before the thought occured.

As of May 2021 sandwiches are 6.00 cold and 6.50 hot.

Visiting the Big Island and stopped by here to get some food. The spam musubi was pretty good. I also got a grilled Korean chicken plate with macaroni potato and white rice. It was surprisingly delicious! Huge portions too- I shared my meal with a buddy. Great place. Thanks to everybody for being so nice, especially the chef. Stop by, y’all.

We stopped here on our way to see Kilauea and decided to get lunch from their grill. I had the Pastrami made the house way, my son the deluxe hamburger, and my wife the egg salad. Best lunch of our trip!!!

Definitely not a place to buy food if your a displaced Maui resident. We specifically asked over the phone if they take SNAP for hot foods due to a temporary lift from the state office and this food store said yes... We even pre-ordered our food but unfortunately upon arrival they refused to honor it. We were very embarrassed and it was during peak hours...
