Most maintenance people are nice. Some are questionable and he told me i need to sanitize our home before they fixed it? That makes no sense to me as our home was clean. They really need to update their vans.... they definitely need to maintain their property and parks better. They have trash cans falling apart at parks, graffiti at parks, sunshades that have collapsed or become broken at parks, no dog poo bags near mololani and the water has been turned off at the dog park. Their maintenance people will show up 2 min after they call and you don't know when they are going to show up. Overall I think their management is a problem and something needs to be resolved. We do not receive notifications for when our yards are going to be worked on. They will mow over your lawn items like hoses, so be sure to move your items in. Bare minimum effort so I'm going to give it a 1. We have added our own dehumidifier because we realized we were getting allergic symptoms of mold. They do not provide this for you. Make sure if you move in you call them and tell them to spray for bugs inside and outside to keep bugs out. They will clean your vents of mold.

Robert went above and beyond on New Year’s Eve evening when we realized we had no furniture after the movers left and we still had two nights in an empty house. We last second requested if there was a possibility for a couple of chairs. An hour later, Robert delivered (to our door) a table, chairs, mattress, and box spring. It really made a difference for our last couple of days in Hawaii.

Update since I can’t figure out how to write a new review. Today Mike and Hank came and did such an awesome job. In and out in less than ten minutes. Super polite and professional. Even took the time to help with another maintenance request, my garage door spring broke the day they came over. And they quickly replaced a broken screen door latch. Keep up the great work. These guys are crushing it.

Marvin did an amazing job helping with a leak in our bathroom sink. Marvin called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Showed up in a timely manner and got the job done just as fast. Great service by Marvin!!! The alarm was going off in the house and he was really understanding and friendly. He fixed it really fast and went out of his way to ensure everything was done correctly so we didn’t have to worry.
