Raw milk is the best! Finally I found a place to buy real milk - it's what milk is supposed to taste like. As someone who grew up with cows in the back yard I had missed the taste for many years after I moved away from home. Glad to have found a place that sells it here.

I used to drink pasteurized milk daily. Then, I stopped, for one week. When I started up again - I bloated. It took me years to learn - Why?
Up until I stopped drinking milk, my body was producing the enzyme: lactase, to digest lactose. I learned that raw milk contains this enzyme naturally. Pasteurization destroys this enzyme.
My point: this milk healed me! Not only can I now drink raw milk, but when it's out of stock, I can pick up pasteurized options like Lucerne or Straus and I don't bloat (NEVER: ultra-pasteurized!). The warm buttery taste of their whole milk is Awesome!!! However; since I've switched to skim milk, taste wise: I can't say that there is much difference between Organic Pastures raw skim milk and Straus pasteurized skim milk. Maybe that is due to Straus glass bottles?
That said: their Butter and their Cheese is THE BEST!!!
I've actually started using their Raw Butter on my skin. It healed my hands and feet almost immediately!
