Chef Lee and Autumn @ Pacific mix Catering was hired to cater our birthday celebration. They were so easy to work with. The two months leading up to our event with the phone calls, emails and menu change was done with such ease and care. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. I would highly recommend Pacific mix, catering for future use as well to anyone looking for a Solid, tasty professional catering company. 10 out of 10.

Lee & Autumn catered our wedding this past month and we are all still raving about their food, an absolutely unforgettable meal!

I greatly appreciated their flexibility with creating our set up and prepping for coordinating where work stations and food would go with short notice on the venue layout!

They were so professional, organized & not to mention incredible chefs! Not only are they a dynamic duo but they brought a very calming presence to a day that can get hectic. I didnt have to worry about a thing:) I’m so appreciative and cannot praise their efforts, work, and food enough.

Finding a wedding caterer is hard enough and can be very daunting, add on top of that that we’re not local, but I found them via google reviews and im glad I trusted my gut (and previous reviews). As you can tell from my review and the others listed Pacific Mix is definitely the way to go.
So if you’re debating on getting a caterer or deciding which one to get, I highly recommend booking with Autumn & Lee (they are amazing)!!

Lee and Autumn with Pacific Mix were truly amazing. They went above and beyond to help cater our Luau with incredible service and food. They were responsive and helpful in pre-communication and planning and delivered what was promised. They were very professional and also personable - our dinner was everything we had hoped! Dinner was authentic Hawiian Luau cuisine - and was hot and tasty!

Pacific Mix Catering catered my wedding, and all of the guests were beyond impressed with the food served at our wedding!

Not only was the food delicious, but the owners were kind and respectful as well as thorough. I had a few phone calls with them, and many emails discussing both of our concerns for set-up. A few weeks before the wedding they went and did a walkthrough of the venue so that they were better prepared for set-up on the wedding day. It was a relief to not have to worry about a vendor for our wedding, and to be able to just show up and see how self sufficient they were! It has been a week and people are still telling us how delicious the appetizers and entrees were at our wedding.

I also had a set theme for my wedding and they were able to match that theme perfectly! Everything at my wedding matched, and it was really the tiny touches like that, that added a beautiful touch!

Guests loved the won-tons and the braised pork belly the most, whereas me and my husband really loved the Korean fried chicken (which they went out of their way to make for us!) we also wanted to change a few of our drink choices, and they were able to accommodate to that.

Very nice couple that made a delicious menu for our memorial. We requested all vegetarian & they made the BEST vegetarian lasagna & delicious veggie pizzas, bread and salad. Everyone was complimenting everything. Professional, clean, nice set up looked nice. I highly recommend them. All of us at the memorial said we would use Pacific mix catering again.

Chef Lee and Autumn delivered top notch hospitality for our family member's milestone birthday celebration! We requested a menu outside of their current offerings, and Pacific Mix Catering was our top choice as other caterers in the immediate area didn't seem to offer much flexibility and offerings. Note that this is the first time we worked with them. Because they never cooked the dishes we requested, Chef Lee and Autumn offered us to preview and taste the menu, and asked for our honest feedback. We were blown away by the flavors, and appreciate them for maintaining the authenticity of the dishes - this was very important to us! During our event, our family and friends were praising the quality of the food and were giving their stamp of approval! The professionalism and commitment that Chef Lee and his team displayed is hard to come by. Throughout the planning leading up to the day of the event, the Pacific Mix Catering team gave us peace of mind and they did everything to make our event a memorable one. We highly recommend Pacific Mix to cater your next event. They accommodated us very well and even made a special recipe miso soup for us. Really awesome delicious food!!! We had a 3 day event and all the food was the delicious! Mahalo Pacific Mix for delivering and serving the food too!

Lee and Autumn were easy to work with and promptly responded to inquiries. All their menus looked good with a nice variety to choose from. Everything from set up, serving and clean up went smoothly and I didn’t need to do anything. Our guests of all ages thought the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Pacific Mix Catering.
