They had everything on my grocery list for Filipino food, from ube halaya to frozen grated coconut. Great selection of really fresh produce and fresh fish in addition to boxed and canned goods. And they sell parols, a traditional Filipino holiday decoration!

Love this store. Almost anything you can think of for Mexican or Aisian meals is available. The meat, chicken and fish butchers are awesome, their selections are amazing and fresh. One of my main go to stores. 😁🤙

This place reminds me of Chinese supermarkets in Los Angeles. The distinctive off smell of spices, odors and scents that to some are offensive but to those of Asian decent they may remember so vividly. Honestly it didnt smell so pleasant in some aisles. They had a good variety of Asian and local goods for Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, and Southeast Asian cooking. I found ube jam here but struck out with ube extract which they were out off. Didn't have the time to check out the prepared foods section but there were a good number of locals there one weekday during lunch. I'll probably come back when I need something ethic but since it is farther out for me in Waipahu I won't shop here weekly.

There are only 3 Asian Markets in Waipahu and it is well stocked with Asian foods I agree, customer service isn't that great, and it is worse if you don't know the rules and you aren't Filipino. However, while I like the selection better in Chinatown, this is a lot closer to where I live. It really does smell like a fish market. Seafood city doesn't smell as bad, but it is pricier in some things. I usually get Asian spices and some canned specialty items and some vegetables, and some household items from here. The meats and fish are fresher than regular grocery stores, but you do need to know what to look for. They will also clean and cook the fish, for an extra cost. Since, I don't like to do either one, it works for me. I usually get longanisa and there are some things you just won't find at a regular super market like Chinese fishcake. The deli is a Filipino deli. It has fish on it as well. The food is o.k., nothing really special.
