Amazing customer service! Paradise baby co dropped off my rented items a day early and let me keep them a day late last minute. Items were clean and in perfect condition. Such a life saver for our trip with a baby. Will definitely be renting from them again our next visit to the island.

Not JUST for Babies! We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella and I am so glad we did! We received great customer service and excellent communication and very reasonable prices. Even though our hotel provided chairs and umbrellas, having our own was so helpful because the availability of the hotel chairs were not always guaranteed and the umbrellas were permanently in the ground so you would continuously have to move the chairs. I also preferred the chairs at Paradise Baby Co to the hotel provided chairs because I love to have my feet in the sand!

We also visited other beaches and having chairs and an umbrella provided us comfort and shade for wonderful long visits around Oahu!

This service was amazing. We arrived at our hotel and the rentals were already there. Everything was as expected, goos shape and clean. The communication was straightforward. I saved us time and money. I also loved that this is a more environmentally friendly option than buying and leaving behind. The ability to take the beach gear to other beaches was a game changer. I can’t recommend this company enough. We will absolutely use them again for future trips.

I'm gladly adding to all the positive reviews already here. Paradise Baby Co (PBC) was super helpful when I realized, on my way to the airport, that I had forgotten to pack our travel stroller. Scrambling, I found PBC and despite the time difference, I was able to message for a day-of delivery upon arrival. I finalized my booking while still in the air! We rented the Mockingbird stroller and it worked great for our stay. The stroller was dropped off at our hotel and I was able to leave it there for pickup. While the overall cost was more than just my buying a basic travel stroller, this allowed me to support a local, small business, without feeding more into capitalism/consumerism and then having to deal with an extra stroller upon returning home.

Paradise Baby was so easy to work with!! They had the best prices and a great variety of items that we needed. We travel to Oahu often and I am already getting ready to reserve items for our next trip. Everything we rented was clean and well packed. Rachel was wonderful at communicating with us when we needed to add more items and getting text alerts regarding drop off and pick up was smooth. We can't wait to use them again!
