The ambience is heart and the service is good. Tried their coconut cream macchiato and it was good. We also tried their chocolate cake and it was fresh and soothing. Price is normal when compared to similar places. Would definitely go again to try out their other delicacy’s.

The quality of this place is really good. I get all my cakes from here, but the staff is getting worse. People come to a bakery to get a cake in a happy mood, but the staff do not receive you well, long wait time even on a Monday noon since its under staff now, definitely not visiting to the Fremont shop again.

I've been here several times. Early morning and evening. First off, their prices are extremely high and their service is spotty at best. Do not go here if your looking to grab a cup of coffee and a sweet delicacy on your way to work. They're supposed to open at 7:30 am but they don't because they have just started putting out the morning baked goods. You'll have to wait 15 min before they have everything out and have the coffee going. As bored as I am with Starbucks, I'm going to have to stick with them for my early morning put stop

I’ve been a fan of Paris Baguette ever since but this time I had a bad experience. The pastries are good but the drinks are awful.

Ordered 2 frappes - Mocha & Coffee. The drinks are so light as if theres nothing in them. They are just full of froth resulted from blending. Also, they didnt put whipped cream which they usually put. Idk, i think they are short-staffed. I hope they put someone who really knows how to make drinks. ?

Great place to visit if you are craving for nice bakery items like variety of cake slices, croissants, baguettes, sandwiches, danish, pies and more. We order mango cake, rainbow cake, cheese cake and coffee/almond croissant. All of them were quite delicious. Would definitely recommend it. It’s more similar to 85 degrees bakery. The staff was friendly and the place was quite clean. I would definitely warn you on higher end of prices though.

I’m a regular customer to the Fremont location and today I asked for a one of the nice blue boxes instead of the regular brown ones for some pastries I bought for my Mother In Law’s birthday and the cashier helping me said they were only for cakes. - even after I told her it was for a gift-
We offered to buy one and she still said “No”. Very disappointed and I’m not going to come back there.

Food items are missing label so one doesn’t know which ones are with meat or without meat. This has now happened twice so one star is granted with pleasure

Made hot tea when asked for iced tea. Gave iced chamomile tea instead of green tea then.

They were gracious enough to refund.
