Horrible service fraud and can't diagnose. I brought a Kubota Dingo and Kubota SVL. The Dingo they said the fuel pump bad even though it started intermittently which means it can't be. They quoted 1500 to fix. Got second opinion and it was a faulty wire in the chassis 150.00. How was the wire loosened...... The SVL they first quoted 15000 to fix. We negotiated it down to 7500....woah what's going on here gouging. We show up they change the bill to 9100 from 7500. Hello ?. Coastal Kubota in Pensacola bad as well who is now Parish tractor. Go to Bobcat or John Deere. I purchased over 300k in machines to get this fraud service. I also called Corporate to tell them what happened.

We purchased our mx5400 from them about 7 months ago. That was a great experience!
We recently purchased bad diesel and we started having issues. We contacted Parish on a Sunday, left a message. The service manager (Hook) called us back within 15 minutes. He helped us diagnose the issue and we did as he said. Unfortunately we purchased another batch of bad fuel, not kidding. This resulted in more work and Parish service department WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. They fixed our 17 hour tractor.

Been dealing here 30 years when Larry Blackmon started this business . Sent my kubota 95 svl in which is 6 years old with 600 hours to do 500 hour service, and told them to check all systems, check track tension and clean debris from engine bed. Did not change exterior a/c filter, Turned on hydraulic attachment and low fluid light came on after charging $287 for fluid, I could go on and on. Confronting them, they offered a free a/ c filter. I was also there to trade in machine for a new one. This machine is my hobby on my farm. I traded with capital tractor in Theodore and wish these people the worst

Cory was great, professional and addressed a concern immediately. Highly recommended. Will buy from him again in the future.
2nd update (service after the sale) which I believe is a testament to taking care of the customer without an immediate guarantee of a sale. Hook helped me after 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, called back in less than 10 mins and we fixed the issue on the phone. Saved several hours of my time diagnosing the problem myself. Again, great people and that’s what makes a business great! Highly recommend.
