Yikes. I used to be an advocate of Parker's Kitchen, but this is just not good. First of all, I was the ONLY customer ordering food from the kitchen. I ordered only items that were already prepared on the buffet server, so the kitchen staff only had to scoop it onto a Styrofoam 'to-go' plate. It took ten minutes for the person to do that. When I got back to work and opened it up, I found about 1/2 ounce of sauce (see image) in each of the TWO sauce containers that I ordered AND paid for! How is one ounce of Parker's sauce worth $1.25? I'm afraid this is just lousy service and lazy management.

Every time we stop hete the cashiers are on their phones don't speak or greet customers and the bathrooms are always nasty never clean. I have never walked into a parkers restroom and found a used tampon on the floor until now. Won't be coming back to this store.

You gotta be a member to get the same price of stuff down the road. It's BS! So if you're not a member, you are getting charged more. My drinks said 2 for $6.50. same price at Chevron! I get to the register and they came up to $8! So I had to pay an extra $1.50. this place is worst then a good gas station on prices

I am a lineman from Nova Scotia, Canada and I came down to assist in the efforts to restore power in Asheville and Florida. Been down here for 20 actually almost 30 days and unfortunately I came in last night after explaining to the lady that my wallet was stolen in Charlotte and I could really use a coffee just for the last little bit of my drive cuz I was falling asleep and she extremely rudely told me that she don't give nothing away for free and looked at me like I had three heads and I tried to compel her to be considerate and and understand that I was really not used to asking for anything but I could really use a helping hand and I thought it was strange the way I was being spoken to and she just continued to roll her eyes and dismiss me like I was some kind of homeless person asking to use the washroom in the back corner. I can't believe it. I'm in touch with headquarters but I haven't been reached back to regarding this matter but I really feel that anyone should be treated better than I was.

I would give 0 star if possible. Lady was very rude, sassy and condescending. Went 7/23 at night (9pm) and the Parker’s employee made us uncomfortable and wanted to charge double for cups when their cups broke. They need to change their staff. Environment not friendly, take the time to drive 2 minutes to the Parker’s on Abercorn.

The two attendant's I’m assuming the one was training but the one who wasn’t was so rude while multiple people were checking out. Insinuating that people were stealing because she let other patrons earlier in her shift steal. Multiple of us PAYING patrons were super uncomfortable with the way she was talking so loudly about people stealing right at the self checkout with an attitude. I don’t appreciate being a PAYING customer for all my items for a person to accuse anyone of stealing!

Daniel at the hwy 17 location across from Keller's Flea Market is very rude and inconsiderate to customers. He obviously doesn't understand how management should behave as an example to others as well as an ambassador for the business. Very disappointed with this experience. Well all of the other staff are always a pleasure to interact with, Daniel's "better than you attitude" is unnecessary and off putting.
