Amazing place for video shoots or hosting events.
It is only about 15min from Manhattan and they also have large parking space in the back of the building so parking is no issue.
Studio spaces and offices are clean and the entire Parlay staff is amazing.
They even have in house cafe, so that was great to get refreshments right n the spot.
Would definitely recommend!

We have been creating fashion and beauty editorials in Parlay Studios for over 10 years, we are practically family. This is our most favorite production studios in the world, we have shot photos and videos in every single one of their spaces for international publications as well as celebrity projects. They never fail to provide excellent services and above and beyond support throughout the years. Everything you need is accessible, from studio spaces, equipment rentals, catering, cafe, parking, office spaces, conference rooms, complimentary drip coffee, and many more. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. All of the studios are immaculate, well organized, and very grand. It alway feels like we are in a Hollywood Production. They are phenomenal. We highly recommend Parlay Studios for all your production needs and truly look forward to creating many more memories here.

Great Studio, Adam, John and Cameron are all terrific.

In fact the entire staff is extremely helpful. The studio is right outside the Holland Tunnel and so is closer to many downtown Manhattan production offices and uptown studios are.

There are several stages. Huge ceiling height and room to drive a car right onto the stage. Full lighting and grip packages, teleprompter, Tricaster and Webcasting available.

Plenty of on street parking.

Wonderful, unique, and really beautiful event space that you can seriously transform into just about anything. I got married there this past November and working with Kathrin was so much fun! Kathrin is super organized, really good at getting back to you quickly, and very helpful when it comes to answering all of the questions you have (and trust me, I had a lot). She and the entire team at Parlay managed to transform a photo/video studio into a super romantic and gorgeous space that we got so many compliments on (and was everything I had envisioned). Having our wedding at Parlay was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made and we are so happy with how everything turned out. I could not recommend Kathrin and the entire team at Parlay enough!

Clean, Malleable, Space ideal for photo shoots. The building even provides amenities upon request, such as cafe service, catering, etc. The staff is very respectful and experienced with all sort of clients! Love it 🙂
