May 8, 2024 I had sent an email asking about the honey that is sent to those that adopted a hive. That i never received any for 2023 or 2024 yet. This is the reply I got five days later. I'm so sorry! We're just a little behind. In 2023 Bud Paul passed away unexpectedly and we're still getting back on track. We will have a round of honey out soon!

Guess when  Bud Paul passed away, so did the adopt a hive. So did the life long supply of honey that was included in the adopt a hive program.  Which I didn't know at the time when I adopted part of a hive. Found out when I received product a second time. I guess twice a year was breaking them sending out the honey. That can't be it, they travel all over PA and to South Carolina for festivals and ship product all over PA and to SC & NC.
They have taken the adopt a hive off of their website. That probably happen right after I sent the email in May 2024.  When things go wrong in your business, you can bet that's karma.

Sent a second email 10/27/24 saying that I was told a round of product would be sent out soon. Which nothing has been sent. And asked, is it screw those who help build/adopt hives? Never got a reply to my second email.
Still waiting on that round. But they didn't miss a beat 2023 & 2024 going to the festivals.
When a business owner lies about something like that, will lie about anything. Hopefully karma pays a nice visit.

Fantastic family run company. My niece sends me goodies every year and I look forward to it. That being said, I'm pretty disturbed by the negative review below; why not call instead of publishing nasty emails and reviews? It's my understanding that Mr. Paul was the backbone of the farm and it shook up the family and company when he died. Have some compassion and empathy for goodness sake. When a member of a family company dies, their labor, guidance, leadership and creativity passes with them. They are irreplaceable and it takes a little while for a family to heal in order to return to "every day business" again.

I recently purchased a jar of the Cinnamon Maple Syrup. I used it this morning! It is delicious!!! I feel like this would make a great gift for anyone. I completely recommend you try this wonderful syrup

They offer the BEST maple syrup. We love having it stocked at home, at our local breakfast spot, or when visiting Pittsburgh at Wise County Biscuits.

Paul Family Farms also supplies our honey. When I started getting allergy symptoms a few weekends ago, I took a tablespoon of their honey twice a day and kicked the allergies out of my system in a few days with no other meds needs. (I’m not a doctor giving advice or anything but read up on how eating local REAL honey can combat allergies.)

Great product, great service. Picked some syrup up at a farmer's market and then ordered some more online, and could not pick it up conveniently, so they shipped it to me promptly. Great, friendly customer service supporting very tasty high-quality products. Recommended!
