SLOW union here

9am and takes 2+hrs
They do need to sweep streets rather than work here, just like someone said previously.
If you order your product, get it out of my trailer without wasting the Truckers day

Garrett at shipping and receiving was exceptionally professional! I told him that I have urgent and need to leave quickly and he was there in the wearhouse getting my trailer unloaded in no time and helped me with my situation. Other wearhouses assistance personal will make sure to make you wait longer if you tell him/here that you need to leave quickly. Thanks Garrett for being so kind!!

Appointment at 6 AM, Checked in at 5:30 AM. They may be waiting on the street until 9 AM. Took them until 10 AM to offload six pallets lumper was $120

Got here for my appointment time and they gave me a door and got me unloaded paid the lumper fee and went on my way. I see some of these other reviews and they had a terrible time here well I didn’t it was actually good you gotta remember it’s how you present yourself and talk to people if you want positivity towards you than you have to give positivity back. But other than that this place isn’t that bad but you do have to park along the curb or street and check in with guard before anything.

No parking on the street or in the building. If you miss your appointment up to 4 days for a reschedule. The lady at guard shack is really unprofessional. Wants driver to find your to reverse. Will do her best so you can't go in and turn around. Worst place I been to in the last 5 years. Avoid at all cost.

Drivers, please never accept the load if you can't make it to the appointment time. They charge $100 per hour late fee and lumper extra. Avoid this place is better.

The Lady at the gate is nice and polite, but dont be late for your appointment they charge you a late fee around $200 and a Lumper fee regardless. They were fast with the unloading though. ~ DC FREIGHT HAULERS🤘🏼

My appointment was 9 am. Checked in at 7:30am got the dock by 8:15 am then out at 9 am.
I got empty very easily on Friday morning.
It was very busy though.

They also let me use the Restroom.
