Checked in at 5.10 am for 8 am appointments. Got door at 8 am. They start unloading at 10.10 am and finished at 11.10 am . Unloading process is quick but waiting time is worse . You can park at night time on the gravel yard a few blocks down the road (you’ll see lots of semis parked)

Attention Drivers they have closed off the old entrance! The New Entrance is just before where the old one use to be!
DO NOT try to enter through the EXIT !!!
They will make turn around and go back to the new entrance! ( Not complaining just stating facts !) The Exit is Exit Only!!!

I did not have a problem here delivering appointment was for 7am I got here at 6:20am early I got in a dock by 6:45 am. Unloading quick.
As far as the people complaining about the size of the place backing and what not if you can't back in to a parking spot maybe you shouldn't be driving alone if you aren't familiar with your truck and trailer orientation and spacing between obstacles. Another thing Is yes they want you to slide your tandems all the way back but you don't have to do that before you back in once your in the whole you could slide them back if you have to depending on your situation. Any how this place got me in and out don't know as far as if you show up late but I don't ever come more then 1 hr early unless requested or it is fcfs.

It's a lil tight if you are new (backing and parking)
Small facility, large amounts of trucks in and out.
This place isn't run efficiently
Too much potential opportunities for simple accidents to occur on premises especially by new and fatigued drivers not paying attention and knowing what they are doing.

They want you to slide tandems to the rear, though there isn't enough space to maneuver long.
They take a long time to unload.
The best thing I can say abiut this place is that it's not NASTY. ITS ACTUALLY pretty clean in the front where trucks are located in the docks.
Checkin process does not involve drivers walking up to a check in office nor shipping and receiving window.
Guard comes out to you, takes your paperwork and has you fill out a document asking for your phone number and when they are ready, they qill call you with a door assignment.

Not bad unloading 6am appointment finished at 7:45am. Not bad security and unloading personnel were fine no complaints here. There is no parking anywhere in the facility. There is a Flying J and TA about 5 miles away from there.

Place opens before 6 am, unlike Googke says. Not bad with space in terms of back in as well as entrance/exit. Overall pretty fast check in (maybe die to 5 am delivery). Once you back in to the dock, for some reason all of us had to wait for a while before unloading started.

I usually read reviews before going to first time delivery,
This place is perfect,enough room for backing as I read on this address reviews :hard backing not correct,lady at guard shack is super friendly,at least it was with me,no overnights parking ,i could mange eventhough i was there at 11/30 pm for 6 am appointment
Hope they will be in business forever

PFG is located in a residential area. You should turn North on turn on Gallegher from MLK then turn left into the gate by the burgundy guard shack with the white top. Park your truck nosed in so that you can just back up when you are called. This place is too small to do U-turns. Walk to the office to check in after you are parked. Fill out the lumper paper and then ring the buzzer. My appointment was at 9 AM but I made it here as soon as I could. I tried to arrive when they opened at 6 but I went south on Gallegher through a residential area and had to turn around in a parking lot from MLK to pull into PFG facing the right way. If you get a door higher than 9 and you are in a sleeper, just hope there are no other trucks on both sides of your door... good luck. If so, I would recommend that you get the guy that drives the yellow day cab to put your trailer in a door.
