We've been a couple times now for a groom for our Yorkie. We've been so pleased with each visit. She comes out looking great! I get what I pay for for sure. Would definitely recommend to others. We already have our next two appointments booked.

I was very happy with the job Kim the groomer did on our 2 Aussies in the Athens store today! She was very responsive to communication prior to the appointment and went out of her way to take care of our fur babies! She did a lot of undercoat removal and they look so much better!! Highly recommend!

Came here to say never buy from this store if you expect to be taken care of if the product fails even if you have the receipt Their return policy is void of the corporate stores. I guess $250 might break the bank for them. “They set their own rules according to the GM and owner”. Their “own rules” aren’t posted anywhere visible to the customer”.

I love it. My baby girl has special diet needs, and NOW there's more available to me here in Athens for her. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT. The staff know me and are very pleasant and helpful when I have questions.

i don’t even do this type of stuff, but my dog had a bad ear flareup and i usually come to the store to get like some ear wash. so i look at the time this store closes and it says 9pm. it even said it was updated two weeks ago, recent, right? okay cool, so i pull up at 8:33. it looks kinda dark but there’s a worker sitting outside and so i try and get their attention, it took a while, but when i did i finally asked them if they were closed. he/she/they responds with yes but with the rudest attitude. first off, baby, who are you talking to? let’s do the math real quick. if y’all close at 8? and you’re sitting outside at 8:33? it seems like YOU have bigger fish to fry. where is your ride? don’t be mad at me y’all close at 8 and you ain’t got no ride after 30 mins AND it’s gon storm, don’t put that attitude on me take it up with your chauffeur. but anyways i’m upset because i just drove up there thinking y’all close at 9, update y’all hours on google. i’ll still be there in the morning tho, if y’all open at 9 like it says.

I carried my standard poodle to get a full groom. The cut was ok but the ears were left dirty and the hair wasn't cleaned or plucked. Thus was something I had ask if it would be done and was assured this was part of the service package I chose. Also I use a specific shampoo and conditioner that is far better than the run of the mill supplies at your basic groomers. I ask before making the appointment if I could supply it as it's quiet expensive but well worth the investment. I explained that this is all I have ever used and was told if i brought it in the original containers they would use my preferred products. I can tell by the smell and coat my products weren't used.

I was there at 4:10pm on 6/26/24 - the women did not have a name tag - straight black hair / older / skinny ( name on receipt Jerri F ) ---- she was RUDE and HORRIBLE!!!!!
