Have you ever dreamt of trying Vietnamese cuisine? Well, you simply must give Pho Kauai a shot! I ordered the #15 Pho, which had rare steak, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. It was absolutely delicious! Considering the number of customers, the service was lightning-fast. The soup base was spot-on, bursting with flavor, and the portion size was generous. I also highly recommend their fried spring rolls. They’re the perfect sidekick to the meal. And for dessert, I can never pass up their boba drinks. Melon is my absolute favorite flavor.

Unexpectedly AMAZINGLY delicious! On the outside it doesnt look like much to write home about but the beef broth pho ---> IS. We ordered the pho with beef flank, fried rice with chicken, summer rolls with shrimp & the hot tea. The beef broth of the Pho was BEYOND yum. Something about the seasoning makes it extra special. Apparently. they slow cook the broth with spices for 24hours & the result is a very yummy taste. The summer rolls & fried rice were great. We also found the unique herbal tea mix they serve was both unique and tasty. The owner & server/chef is a super nice guy. If you're on island & you have a hankering for Pho that is BEYOND amazing---> don't miss this place!

As vegetarians Vietnamese food is usually a good option when searching for a good place to eat. This shop was no exception. We had some spring roll appetizers and then some pho soup with loads of fresh vegetables. Serving size was very good. Service was excellent. We would recommend!

Food was excellent and service also. We had the summer rolls, pho with sliced beef and a lemongrass beef sandwich. All were excellent and we left satisfied with the quality, portions and the amount of the bill at the end of the meal. We highly recommend and would definitely go back again!

Wrong type of noodles and they were overcooked. Broth was bland. Need more seasoning in your spice pouch. I invite you to Seattle to learn how to improve your pho. Too expensive for what it's worth. Pass for me....oh Lemons? what did the Limes go?

My partner and I got the worst food poisoning of our lives here. It was the only meal we had that day together and we both had Pho.

We ate around 7pm and at midnight were both up in horrible agony. Because I am 7 months pregnant I had to be admitted to labor and delivery for 12 hours.

Worst experience of my life and terrified for my baby and the bill I will be expecting from the hospital. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this one felt important as to save someone from the experience.

Unexpected pho find! Husband was sick but after eating, he felt rejuvenated. This pho broth is made from bones - clean, light, flavorful. The noodles must be handmade based on the consistency, thin with a little thickness. The pho’s meat to noodle ratio is right amount.

This is family business - second generation. Short staffed but worth the wait. Hard working family. We love their food. Thank you
