I visited the laundromat and the shower is here, it's a mess, there's garbage everywhere, it stinks. No one cleans up it. It's a disgusting smell. Garbage, dirt, mud. Are there any of Pilots in Alabama like this?

Stopped here to fuel up and after I finished I pulled up and went inside to wash my hands and grab a drink for the road. No hand soap in the restroom then I grab my drink and as I’m walking back to my truck which probably took me all of 5 minutes I was met by one of the ladies who works there and rudely tells me to MOVE. I responded what do you mean… i literally went inside to wash my hands grab my drink and came out… she says “you’re parked you need to move!” I walked away from her bc it’s obvious she has no idea how this works and she should be more concerned about making sure there’s hand soap for us after we fuel up. I wasn’t happy about this

Very nice place but I NEVER thought that pilot would 5as GREEDY as Petro/ya with their paid parking! Literally NO FREE spots here. You go to ta/Petro and often lot is at least half covered in paid parking. I understand some of the concepts but this part is where LOVES shine cuz they making their lots lot bigger and all FREE spots never ran into a loves that charged you

Just leaving a 5 star review for 5 star service from Jacob. We live in North Alabama and travel to ATL often.
My husband and I make it a point now (because of great service) to stop at this Pilot. Asked a manager about “Jacob” she said his name is Jacob Overton. Catch you next time. Blessings!

Pilot here is awesome, I'm not a pilot fan but it's the only fuel stop my company lets us get fuel. All workers are great, however they need to put up signs not to let car people walk their dogs around company trucks....a lot of drivers have dogs for protection....mine is trained to protect me and my truck....it was in protection mode this afternoon.

This location is nice and clean. Friendly staff but has limited parking, half is paid parking and no showers.

Just a heads up fellow truckers. A sign on the door says they don't have showers here. (If they do they don't say on the sign). Another driver said the other truckstop close by has their showers closed too. 2/23/25 1212pm.

Truck stop people seem friendly enough. Little dirty and only two toilet stalls in the men's room. Truckstop has unpaid and paid parking but not very many spots here.

Computer system is junk at pump, insert card, remove card, over and over, and boom see cashier. Trash place went somewhere else worked perfectly with same card.
