I've been doing landscape services for a very long time in Tucson, and this location is hands down the best customer service we've ever had and best product availability. The manager Robert is friendly and super helpful. The store is always clean and yard is organized. Great store!

Rocks and debris from their delivery trucks routinely may be found in the roadway on Valencia Road, immediately adjacent to their property. I hit river rock that had fallen from one of their trucks onto busy Valencia Road. The impact destroyed my brand-new right front tire and my alloy wheel. I have road hazard coverage from Discount Tire, so getting a new tire didn’t cost me anything. The wheel retails for $300. I found a used wheel for $131 on eBay. I made copies of my receipt from eBay, as well as a photo showing wheel/tire damage, and asked for them to reimburse me $131 for my out-of-pocket expense. They refused to respond to my request. I guess small claims court is in my future. It’s too bad this company won’t make good on damages caused by the landscape materials they spill into the road. They deserve less than one star for being a poor corporate citizen.
