Overall good experience. I wasn't greeted immediately upon entry and didn't really notice anyone inside because of a tall counter but there was a women behind the counter.

She was really nice once she noticed I was there. I was looking for a Christmas gift but didn't exactly find what I was looking for.

There were a lot of plants to choose from so I ended up getting a nice plant for myself. The women seemed very knowledgeable. I'll be sure to return. The price was also reasonable and the plants seemed healthy.

I have ordered multiple flower arrangements including some with potted plants for delivery to my mother when I’ve been outside Philly and wished to send her something. Each time I have given them a price range and a very small amount of guidance like whether or not to include a vase, and this shop has always created something beautiful which has always left me very pleased with their work... and left my mother very happy with their “gorgeous” deliveries. I’d recommend this family-run business to anyone in desire of nice plants and/or beautiful fresh flowers or arrangements, as well I would recommend doing business with the friendly and fair Fairmount owners who run this shop.

Thank you Plants Etc for bringing a smile to my mom’s face and thus mine as well on every occasion I’ve requested you bring her something over the years.

My go to floral arrangement place! The owner is so incredibly sweet and always so helpful in creating something within my budget that fits the occasion for the flowers. Because of this, my gifts are always so personal and loved! For example, below is an arrangement she just made for my friend’s UPenn graduation! She always makes sure to tailor flowers to the perfect occasion and with flowers that are good quality and long lasting 🙂

Highly recommend!! My daughter lives in Philadelphia and I wanted to send her flowers for Valentine's Day. This is always a challenge because she cannot get them delivered to her workplace and she needs to be home for any deliveries. The owner went out of her way to have them delivered on a Sunday and they were beautiful! Thank you again for all of your help. I will definitely be using your business again very soon.

Dana is amazing! I called to see if she would deliver plants for my balcony in the city. We discussed preferences and she made suggestions. She delivered beautiful, healthy, blooming plants that were perfect for the shade/sun exposure, brought them up to my apartment (with her leg injury) and placed them on the balcony.
