We could not be happier with the amenities and kindness of the staff than we are at this park. We have an adult with Unique Needs who thrives in this setting. He loves the heated pool, regaining skills he had “lost” after leaving our previous home with an inground pool. He is very comfortable in THIS pool, loves the waterfall and the hot tub. He also loves pizza! The staff has been super kind and he feels at home. We love the privacy fences and the ability to give our dogs a yard. Thank you for your amazing facilities!

Great place for RV’s . Beautiful swimming pool & hot tub area. The pool is heated with waterfall. Pool hours are 9-10pm and is open to the public.

I lived here for over 6 months. Staff and owners are very nice. Price is good and amenities are awesome. Fences help create a sense of privacy and personal space. Biggest grievances: water was turned off without notice a few times for work, some spots/campers are really junky, some people cause trouble (loud or loose dogs). That said the owners like to give everyone a chance and correct issues when they get enough complaints. It’s a really relaxed place where you can just exist. Close to the river. Most everyone minds their own business. I would recommend it.

Moved from Texas to Alabama and couldn’t be happier with this park! Amazing owners and staff… peaceful…private… brand new pool and jacuzzi…fully stocked general store with amazing hot foods too…incredible views and minutes from the lake! Great rates and availability…don’t have an RV you can rent tiny homes right here too! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

We stayed at Poplar Point from February through May while our house was being built. The sites are private with fences between them and they have a nice heated pool. The store is great if you happen to run out of something or need a sub or pizza. Holly & Sasha run the store and are helpful and pleasant. Great place to stay.

Best place to stay. Friendly staff amazing people living in the park. Pool area is beautiful and there is a laundry facility on site. Highly recommend.

Amazing place facilities are top notch. New large pool and hot tub. The pizza and subs are great and well supplied store. Super friendly owners and staff.
