Excellent food, wonderful team! I hired Portable Provisions for a developer event I was hosting for work. The team arrived on time, made the best of the facilities available on-site, put together a really nice looking and yummy spread, and served it all with great hospitality. I’ve done these events in Seattle and Santa Clara - and NYC was by far my favorite experience when it came to catering. Kat has put together a wonderful team. I have been working with Kat and her team for years and they are the best. We’ve done large corporate events, small donor cocktail parties, lunches, dinners, and everything in between. Every time, guests remark on how great the food is (and leave very little of it behind) and the execution is flawless. Kat’s menus are fresh and creative and have delicious options for all dietary needs and the presentation is beautiful. Love working with Portable Provisions!

Portable Provisions is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I requested food for 50 a few days before the event and all throughout, staff assured me on the phone and at the event itself that everything would work out perfectly and it did. Any cocktail party should be fully catered by Kat and her team. She's hired great people to help support the effort. Food yummy (even the next day because there were leftovers), extra effort for forgotten cookies and hands on deck to help assemble goodie bags. I am a newly minted dedicated fan! Thank you so very kindly for all you did, with a short amount of time, within my stated budget as well as all completed with a smile. Cheers to you!!!
