PMB's support has been great, and the system has worked really well for us. We have had very few issues and the customer experience has generally been excellent. We would definitely recommend their system to anyone thinking about a self pour set up.

PMB was so easy and great to work with from implementation, to install and ongoing support. Matt was so knowledgeable, helpful and quick to answer questions with our implementation. The install team was professional, friendly and quick. The ongoing support from the support team has been exceptional. They've been responsive and always ready to help with any questions or issues we’ve had. Their dedication to customer service really sets them apart. Everyone you speak with is super friendly and personable. They even sent me a little onesie when they heard I was pregnant! The system itself and technology is so easy to use and our customers love it. We are so happy we went with the self pour system from PMB for our brewery!

PourMyBeer is the reason my taproom is successful! We started with 60 taps, now we have 70, and we're going to be adding more. I can't imagine trying to do what we do without PourMyBeer. The PMB system and their staff have been amazing. Our customers love our beer wall. New customers come in a look with awe at the wall. My favorite part is when customers rave about a new beer that they tried. Because self-pour gives them the power to pour what they want, when they want it, customers try more beers than they would at a traditional bar. We can handle crowds that would crush any normal bar, and nobody ever waits for a beer, even the busiest night.

We just opened a large scale social entertainment business in Toronto, Canada called BRKFREE and we are lucky enough to be the first Pour My Beer location in Ontario. We installed a 20 tap system and serve a combination of beers, ciders, seltzers and cocktails. Our guests love it because it’s so innovative and cool looking, and my team loves it because it is such a simple system operationally. Our family has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years and owned a few different concepts. When my sons got older and wanted to open a sports bar themed Tap Room, we made a phone call to inquire about the Pour My Beer system. From the first inquiry with Suzy, we knew we were about to embark on something special. Scott and Matt made sure every detail was well planned from conception and the communication between all our contractors and the Pour my Beer team was the key to ensure our amazing onsite tech Chris was successful with our set up. The support is always there for us with any questions may have.....and Kimberly is always ready to dial in for remote technical support when necessary. When we had the pleasure to meet the founder of Pour My Beer, Josh Goodman, who personally came by when he was in town to meet our team and see our new set up, it cemented what we already knew.....that Pour My Beer was and will continue to be very important partners in BOSSMAMA's success. We have been open for 7 weeks and we are the buzz of the neighborhood with our fun interactive concept. To see people's delight when we show them how to use the wall and hear..."This is the coolest thing ever"......We have to agree!
