Bought a MX5400 tractor from here. My sales representative Trevor was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and comparing options. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way to make a decision on anything. He never tried to use any sales tactics on me and just honestly provided me the information I asked for. I feel like I got a great piece of equipment for a very reasonable price. Trevor never gave me a hard time even when I changed my mind a few times on what I was buying. They delivered the tractor to my house with no problems. Everyone in the store was always very respectful and polite. On my first visit to the location another representative, Brandon, even gave me a ride back to the dealership down the road I was having my vehicle worked on. I would highly recommend doing business with this location. They are good, honest people.

Went today with my wife and 80 year old mother in law to purchase a package deal, since the 86 month 0 interest is active. After walking around lot for 15 minutes, another perspective customer that had parked and walked around asked me if anyone had come out to talk to me. I told him no, not a soul. He asked how long we had been there and I told him. He said well I guess they don't want to sell a tractor then, got back in his truck and left. After 20 minutes I stepped in the show room, there were two employees at the service/parts desk talking to each other. I was there to purchase a tractor package, but evidently this is a self serve dealership!! After leaving I called asking if the manager was available? I was told he was not there today. The lady that answered identified herself as the marketing manager. She apologized and asked if I wanted to speak to their lead salesman. I told her no, that if he hadn't stepped outside to greet two customers ready to buy, I'd take my business elsewhere. I'm headed to Snead Tractor to spend my money.
