I don't care what anyone says .. yeah it's tight.. yes you have to call before you come, I was 12 miles 14 away. Appointment was for 1800 I called at 0745... Yes I did . Reading all the reviews had me messed up. The receiver said how far are you , I said, ... She said oh wow you're close, stay there and I'll definitely try and work you in .. called me back a few minutes later, got here at 0830 docked by 0915 (I would call this a win).
Came down 208. Very tight turn for my truck (Big Boy truck), was a little skeptical about the road I was on (residential) but got here and the guard got me staged (it's very tight and specific so it's a must for them to do to keep traffic flow) then the dude came out after the other truck left. I thought it would be a blind but NO he wants you to sight side so guides you and traffic ... You back in .. and the best part ... The very best part. I was going to go to Walmart to get sausage for my freezer.. I only buy the Premio brand... Before I goofed around and asked... Dude said if you want you can buy cases of sausage and whatever other products.
Got it and less than half the store price.
I had a real good experience here.
EVERYONE is nice, courteous, helpful and respectful.

I was going to complain because it took 4 hours for a door, but then remembered that this is trucking, and I will have plenty of time to make a healthy paycheck and be on time for all my deliveries. 4 stars because another window licker got a door before me after showing up 2 hours after me. But the people are nice, just remember your energy introduces you before you even speak. After getting to the door, immediate loading. Overall good place to come. If you can't handle traffic and tight maneuvering, you're in the wrong industry. It's Jersey, what more can you say. Shippers downtown on tight roads with no parking. Call before you come, be patient and be safe.

They make it as painless as possible for the space they're operating in. Park before you get there (the rest area on I-80, about 45 miles away is a good one if you're coming from the west) and call. They will have spotters out to help you maneuver in and they unload at a reasonable pace. Definitely one of my better experiences in NJ.

Exiting off the 208 is a tight turn, especially if you have your tandems back. You can turn left out of Premio to get back to 208, be ready to use the whole road to make your first right.

I was early and was sent away until appointment time for delivery of product. It's NJ there's no parking on site no room on street. I called early but no answer until 830 am. I was already there. You can call their number and check in from a ways out like a rest area. Hope it helps a driver - route 208 to utter Ave. getting back to highway take the right on Lafayette and a right back to 208 do not go left on Lafayette or you'll be going through downtown Patterson to I 80.

Trucker directions: 13'6" trailer is okay on Hwy 208 South from I-287. Utter exit is a hard cutback that may cause you to curb it. Better to exit 1 earlier (north of Utter) on Goffle Rd. Go right on Goffle to LEFT TURN onto Lafayette at light. Yes, it's narrow. They're all narrow here. After "Sprinkles" T/L onto Utter. T/R into the driveway after the building after the RRX. If you have a Saturday delivery, call Friday for instructions. Nobody answered Saturday morning for me. A+ Yardman is super helpful! Thanks!!

I absolutely love premio sausage!! It is my go to sausage brand for any sausage dish. I love using the spicy sausage with my seafood dishes and the sweet Italian sausage for my pasta dishes. Premio provided me with compensation to try any of their sausages to facilitate my review but all opinions are my own! This company is an absolute delight to work with !

We were scheduled to deliver for 1600 appt time. We followed their instructions and called them 50 miles away to await for their instructions to come in.

Well after giving our PO number we were told they can not receive our load. The buyer pushed it out till the next day for 1600. So we now wait in limbo for these people.

The next day at 0900 am we get a call from the rcvr that they can not receive the product today at all because they have no room for the product.

She told me to go to their other location in Union City. Well I call the union City location and they are not answering their phones. Mind you this other location is even worse for delivery and you can NOT show up and say I'm here. I will say at least the ladies in the office were pleasant and I'm sure it was out of their control.

However it still has killed us for the last 24 and counting hrs for us waiting for them to decide what to do with this load.

So the receptionist at premio in Hawthorne has now sent out emails to the manager of the union City facility to see what's going on and when and or if I can even deliver this load of meat to them as we store their product in our reefer.

Our company is trying to work with them to get this resolved but nothing is happening and it's a nightmare caused by Preimo Sausage company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE !
They will cost you a lot of revenue loss and a lot of aggravation.
