Going on a non weekend day is always helpful to get some well needed garden tips and ideas from Prickett’s nursery team. I had so many questions about some landscaping and certain plants and these guys were so dang nice and so cool about helping me find what I needed and suggest alternatives. I remember them from the days of being across from the Safeway but glad the love and care is still reflected in their service! Thank you guys!

I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she was extremely friendly and helped me pick out soil, I was greeted with a smile from every worker. Very quick service and positive atmosphere, helped load soil into my truck. A bit more expensive than generic soil from a name brand store but worth it for the customer service.

5 stars for selection and the majority of the staff are helpful. After my purchase I went back into the store after noticing my receipt didn't reflect the 40% off for their perennial sale. The employee who helped with the transaction was busy so another (possibly a manager) assisted me. She informed me I was charged for a different plant category (herbs) and therefore owed Prikett's more money since I was originally charged too little. I returned the plants for a refund. I've managed in retail for decades and when the error is on the company's side, and especially once the transaction is completed the customer benefits from the error but is informed the pricing will be corrected for future purchases and they are receiving a good deal for this purchase. This offers the customer a good experience since it's not their error and the goal is to create a loyal customer base. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the lower price as a courtesy. Obviously, the difference in money was more important then retaining me as a loyal customer.

What an amazing selection of indoor and out door plants. Lots of garden decor. The ppl that work there are knowledgeable and super friendly. They have senior discounts everyday 55+ and coupon Wednesdays where you can earn discounts for next purchase.

This is a nice nursery with a varied selection of plants and other garden items. Lots of nice items to spice up the garden space. The staff seemed friendly. The prices seemed a little strange to me. Some of the plants were oddly affordable and others were outrageously expensive. I'm talking to the point where I wouldn't even think twice about putting a wish-plant down. I went to another nursery directly after and the price for a similar sized same plant was much more reasonable. The outdoor area has sunscreens which is nice. I'd go here if I couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere, but not my first choice.
