Our little girl was very disappointed that her birthday cake we ordered was not filled with sprinkles as it was advertised. If we're going to spend $65 on a specific special cake, we expect to get what we ordered. We've ordered cakes from this Publix for 5 years and never had any complaints until this time. Please do better next time? We love shopping at this Publix. Here's a picture of the cake we got. There were supposed to be sprinkles inside the cake.

I'm consistently impressed with Publix! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to shop there. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience. The selection of products is vast, and the quality of their meats, produce, and bakery items is top-notch. I also appreciate the convenient services like the bakery and deli. But what really sets Publix apart is their exceptional customer service is they truly make you feel valued as a customer. Whether I'm grabbing a few essentials or doing a full grocery run. I always buy my kids cakes from Publix. This time we chose the creamy cookies cake. The cake itself was good. However the icing was horrible. It was creamy but it had no flavor at allllllllll!! So I don’t recommend that cake.

Fred was working the deli making sandwiches and talking with a customer, building relationship. After a few minutes the person behind this customer, who was there before me, left the line because it was taking a while. More people lined up. Fred took his time talking with the customer and making the first out of three sandwiches. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to wait long enough to get mine before needing to go! Two more deli employees came to help Fred manage the line - Sherri and Will - and even though Will wasn’t familiar with the sandwich he made for me, he was able to get help from his coworkers and made a great one! I think the manager did a good job of balancing everyone’s needs.

I love this place. Kinda expensive to shop here, but from bakery to meats, everything is always fresh, especially the fruits. Best place to shop if you want everything fresh and made right

The customer service is the best I've ever had. They do let you know it's a bit more expensive to shop there than Kroger and Winn Dixie but they still have deals. I would definitely go back just because of the amazing service we got.

Good variety......Great fresh fruit.....deli was well stocked...place to eat.....Great staff....."most of us r ok with self check out, however, when i was there last, there were only 2 checkers working...
lines at both.

I got my wedding cake from the publix bakery and it was perfect! Who doesn't love a publix cake and it came out beautiful! Publix offers a free wedding cake tasting kit you just go to the desk and ask 🙂 They also let me get a smaller decorated cake and a larger sheet cake to serve the guests which I appreciated! They also delivered the cake right on time and helped set it up , why go to a fancy bakery and spend too much money when you can get a nice cake at publix!
