My appointment was at 5 pm, I arrived at 4 am checked in and they told me to park behind the building across the street. They called me at 1:00 p.m. got me in the door and I was done within an hour of getting unloaded. The docking is kind of tight with their trucks parked right across from the dock doors and they would not allow you to use the bathroom that's why I gave them three stars. The Check in guy was cool and the lady that gave me my paperwork was nice

terrible company if you deliver goods here. Appointment at 16-00. I arrived here at 15-15. They gave me the door at 17:45. Now it’s 7:45 pm and they haven’t even started unloading yet. The creatures don't think about truckers. Parking to the door may require patience as there are trucks from this company parked opposite the doors that are in your way. Zero stars. Don't come here.

Excellent service I pulled up at four in the morning for a 5 AM appointment. They put me right at the dock started unloading at 5 AM. I wasn’t even at this place for more than an hour. Some people have anger issues. Reading the reviews I thought it was gonna be horrible. It was absolutely the opposite. Do not believe the hype.! Thanks you guys for getting me in and out real quick. I start a five day vacation with my dad bass fishing here in Florida.

You all better adhere to the negative reviews because they are on point. This place is a total joke and waste of a drivers time!!
Took 4 hours to get a door after the appointment time. Then they allow their bobtail trucks to park in the dock area along the fence line, making it a total challenge to back into your door. I've been doing this right at 33 years, and believe me, it's very difficult. I'm so grateful that I can choose where I go and don't go. I will never ever deliver to this facility again, never!!! First time and last time.

I waited 10 hours PAST my appointment time to get unloaded. They need new management or someone there that knows and understands time management. There is no “hype”. I have been here multiple times and it is the same issue every time.

Very nice people. Got me in before my appointment time. You can park on the street or next door at the warehouse across the street on the weekend or at night but not much parking other than that. As far as docking, oh my gosh. It’s tight in there. Trailers park opposite of the doors and the QCD trucks running here and there make it nerve wracking. They gave me a door that was literally impossible for me. Maybe a better driver could have done it. But I called her back and told her I couldn’t do it and I needed another option. The traffic slowed down a bit and I got a door by the stairs with an empty space next to it so it was a lot easier. No other complaints. Fast unload.

The waiting 12 hours to get docked is crazy. What tops it off, is they expect you to use that bacteria infested porta poty. Get even 10 feet from it and it will have walking away before you even open the door. Got out of there and the nearest place to get a decent restroom is almost an hour away.

I really hope karma is real, I would love for these people to experience what it is like having to deal with these kinds of people.

Lady at check in was helpful and nice , checked me in at 4pm and they open at 5pm ,at 5 a got a door by 6-30pm paperwork was ready! Pretty normal and good for a reefer! On a great day wallmart Costco and publix take double that time!
