We had a fantastic stay at Napili Kai #320! We always stay in Lani 1 or 2, and never disappoints! The room was perfect and also had a washer/dryer in the unit (such a bonus)! Views are the best in the entire resort, with a mostly private grass lawn in front and no unit above or below!!

That said, the bed in the master was so squeaky, anytime the person on the "ocean side" of the bed moved, it woke the other person up. The bed was comfortable enough, just too noisy.

Everything else about the unit was perfect! Very well stocked with lots of dishes to make meals (crock pot, blender, pots & pans and glass bowls, etc...). Would definitely stay here again (just hoping the noisy bed could be fixed)❤️Mahalo❤️

The stay at the Sands of Kahana #264 (Quam Properties) was excellent! The rental was beautiful, clean and a fantastic ocean view (great for whale spotting and sunset views!). The property managers were great to work with and absolutely no issues. We loved our stay and love Maui! We highly recommend...

Amazing view of the ocean, close to the pool, short walk to the beach (that feels private) and walkable to great restaurants. Plan on coming back at least every year or sooner if we’re lucky! The residence is clean and beautifully decorated with the feel of the island. Everything you would need to have a wonderful vacation in Maui. We given this place 5 stars but it’s definitely more. I can’t say enough about the property! From the moment we walked in we were stunned, even after seeing pictures of the property. The condo is beautiful. The views are to die for! Mornings on the lanai with coffee and fresh fruit to evenings dining there with the setting sun! There really is no need to leave the property. Saw turtles and dolphins from the lanai as well as turtles surfacing next to us as we swam just out front of the condo! The property grounds are immaculate with tennis, pickleball, a putting green, two pools and a restaurant that unfortunately was closed for remodel while we were there due to a remodel in progress. A restaurant/sports bar is relocating from the Lahaina area due to the fires last year. The location is great centrally located between Kaapalani and Napili/Kapalua. I will definitely be back!

This place was amazing!!!!! 🤗 we loved every minute of our stay!! The property has a beach so amazing perfect for snorkeling and even just relaxing. Saw some amazing fish some sea turtles and even a couple of eels it was truly amazing. Golf course and restaurants were minutes away, and the grocery store was on the way from the airport about 15 mins away. The management company was easy to get a hold of and very nice even provided excursion ideas and the info for all kind of activities; and we cannot wait until our next stay!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS FPR TAKING CARE OF US WORTH EVERY CENT TRULY AMAZING!!!!!

We had a wonderful 9 day stay in this unit over Christmas. It was nicely decorated and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and had almost everything we needed to make most of our breakfasts, some lunches, and some dinners. The Keurig was great as I was able to make my own coffee and have it on the lanai most mornings.

The view from the lanai was amazing. Some of us took advantage of the pickleball equipment. The unit is perfect for a family of 5 since there was the master king size bed and 3 pull out options in the living room.

It would be helpful to have ice trays as there is no ice maker. Some baking sheets would have been helpful too.

Overall we highly recommend unit 905 and glad we booked it.

We had a wonderful stay in unit 31B3 at Kapalua Bay Villas! The condo was beautifully laid out, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Hawaii. The location was fantastic—peaceful yet close to stunning beaches, scenic trails, and great restaurants. We especially appreciated the breathtaking views and the overall comfort of the unit.

That said, the main bed upstairs was unfortunately the most uncomfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. We truly loved everything else about our stay, but a mattress upgrade would make this condo absolutely perfect.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to return. With a small improvement to the mattress, this place would be unbeatable!

In general the Kapalua Golf Villas are wonderful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean every morning. The grounds at Kapalua are absolutely beautiful. This is the third time we've stayed there and would definitely return. This particular unit was nicely decorated, but everything was beginning to show its age. The kitchen was well equipped, but it would have been nice to have at least a broom and a dust pan or a vacuum to keep the floors clear of sand and other debris. The interior of the washing machine was full of mold and I had to clean it prior to being able to use it. The inclusion of beach chairs, floats, etc. was a nice touch.
