Stopped in for BBQ at the place next door but they were closed. We decided to order some food from Rainbow Kitchen. We often eat at vegan places while traveling and this place did not disappoint. I had the Breakfast Burrito and my husband had a Bowl.

The food was delicious, all locally sourced and wonderfully prepared. The portions are huge so split something if you don't want leftovers

The Cold press coffee and the sun tea likewise were very good and decently priced.

Stop on in for a nice meal either before or after your Road to Hana Drive.

Don't skimp on the homemade hot sauces. The green habanero sauce is no joke spicy.

It’s amazing that everything is made in house. Some vegan spots use processed fake meat, but not Rainbow Kitchen. Everything on the menu is insanely good. The dream cream smoothies are so good and so healthy

So many nutrient-dense delicious options here even if you have food allergies like me. Gluten free vegan fabulousness served up beautifully. Hubby had hearty breakfast burrito 🌯 great texture and flavours. I had t strawberry 🍓 dream smoothie and my gecko friends got in on it too! Simeon was friendly and informative and the rest of the staff was warm, friendly and lovely too. Will definitely eat here again

absolutely awesome food. rustic place but a nice vibe and definitely worth trying pretty much anything. Breakfast burrito is sooo good and the mint chip Dream Cream is healthy and delicious. the cold brew coffee is excellent.
I tried the new wild Rice b urger and it was delicious.

Fresh off the plane from the mainland, we needed a good vegan meal ASAP. Our search brought up Rainbow Kitchen + Rebel Tonics, we made a beeline to the place. Having never been there, we tempered our enthusiasm. We ordered the steak burrito, jackfruit bbq, and a sunblood tonic drink. We've had many years of restaurant vegan food, and without a doubt the food we had at this place was amazingly. The steak burrito had a combination of flavors and textures that made every bite delicious. The the steak like meat was tender with just the right amount of chew. The bbq jackfruit was an unexpected treat, the flavor and texture were spot on. This is due in part because they make their jackfruit fresh from the fruit, definitely a cut above. We will return to this place before our visit is over.

We decided to grab a bite to eat before heading out on our trip to Hana. We ended up ordering a delicious breakfast burrito and a refreshing strawberry dream cream drink. Both were really tasty! Personally, I enjoyed both options, but my boyfriend thought the drink could have been a bit sweeter for his liking.

I’m so glad that I was able to eat here on my short trip to Maui. Rainbow Kitchen was easily my favorite meal in all of Maui. The whole menu is plant based and super unique. I ordered the breakfast burrito, kale salad, and the mighty bowl and each bite was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and delicious!! Overall a must try if you love vegan/plant based food and are in Maui!!
