We purchased back in Sept 2023. Overall we had a good experience with the exception of a financing and pricing problem. It had to get elevated to the manager but they did such an amazing job and understood the misunderstanding and mistake on their part, they stood by their word! Principal is the most important thing. They helped us resolve our issue and made good on their word. That speaks volumes. The water is better, I can feel a difference in my skin. Good product!

Hello, from my recent experience RainSort product is doing it's job well, we are very happy to say that we Like the system, we Like our water now. It's clearer, does not smell and is cleaner, we can truly say we feel good about using our water. We also like the ideal that if we move we can take the system with us.
The Repersentative's that came out were awesome, they know the products and they do a awesome job explaining everything. product that comes with our RainSoft System.

From the day Mike came to our home to do the water test, to the final day Dan came to do the follow up, our experience with this company has been phenomenal!
Starting with Mike, he was very thorough explaining everything he was doing while testing the water. He was also very professional and respected our request for him to wear a mask when in our home.
Speaking to Dan from the first time that we were still considering whether or not to make the purchase was a clear choice. Dan made us feel very comfortable with our purchase and reassured us that if we would be satisfied and he was definitely not lying!

We love the filter, but most importantly we love the professionalism and the great customer services we have received from day one.

We received our new system a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. Dave was very detailed when explaining the system and he was easygoing polite. Install was 2 days later. It was quick, installers were very good at explaining what they were doing and why (one even let me know of a leak in our HVAC that we did not see previously), and they cleaned up after. Total install time was maybe 2-3 hours. Since having this installed, we can feel the difference in showers, washing our hands, laundry, doing the dishes – pretty much everything feels better when using this water as opposed to our previous city water. We also love the reverse osmosis system under our sink. They installed it with water spout. It works great and its the best water we ever drank. I personally love the drinking water so much that I make sure to fill up a couple water bottles before I leave the house so I don’t have to drink any other unfiltered or bottled waters. Overall this is an amazing system and I couldn’t be happier with the staff and how courteous and knowledgeable they are. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their water quality.

This is an amazing company. We were not looking for a water system but after seeing the difference in the water we could not say no. It’s been 30 days from the installation and we can honestly say that it has been the best decision we have made. When Larry came out to test our water he was amazing and explained everything in detail. The installation guys were very responsible, respectful, and hardworking they came to do the installation and when done they explained exactly how to maintain the system. We are saving money using less product, not having to buy water bottles (we now have alkaline water) and with out the hardness in the water our skin has never felt better. We trust RainSoft and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you RainSoft for a wonderful experience.

We are very happy with our Rainsoft filtration system! Everything in the process from initially getting our water tested to buying this system has been very easy and thorough. Also, everyone within the company has been polite and professional. The installation was scheduled and done very quickly and efficiently. We have noticed a difference in how our hair and skin feel after a shower. But more importantly we feel safer drinking from the sink now and our water tastes much better! I highly recommend this company!
