I see a lot of 1 star reviews about service at the store and maybe the management needs to look at that aspect.
However, my wife ordered Bengali sweets from them online and the sweets were here within 3 days. They were fresh, nicely packed and tasted really good.

I will order online from them again.

Extremely rude, disrespectful & unprofessional people working here from TOP to BOTTOM staff. Don't have the manners of working from home whereas its more like working from toilet & Bed, Racist at its Peak so if your Non-Indian then this place isnt for you because they'll be soo racist that they'll trash talk & end up giving you more task than Indians.
Make you feel like trash.
Most of the people working here are working under the table which means Undocumented & they'll make you go wild.

I used to travel to the JC location because they had by far the best samosas. Sad to say that the taste , quality and service has deteriorated!!
Management needs to look at how your counter staff speaks to and treats customers.

Seems like comments have personal problems with the food having a halal certificate which means the food is clean idk why people in comments being so prejudice towards rajbhoge good company good people good food

Rajbhog incorrectly fulfilled my online order; which is OK you know things happen. The problem comes from the lack of resolution and rudeness. I emailed two different address (one with a salesman, one with a corporate dropbox) with a courteous request of looking into the matter of my faulty order with no replies.

Two days later I call the location from where the order had shipped (60 Amity St.) and there was a communication problem with the woman over the phone. She hung up on me twice. The first time I thought it was a normal disconnect; but when I redialed the phone immediately hung up. The person didn't seem to be able to look up the customer or transaction ID numbers. Her most pressing question in reply to mine was, "Where are you from. Where are you from?". (Raised in PA)

Maybe I'm reading too much into it; but it felt akin to walking into an Italian deli and have the guy at the counter give you a look of "What the hell are you doing here?" instead of a simple smile. I suppose if I could speak Hindi or write Devanagari things may have went different; but I doubt it. This level of service transcends.

My heart sank a bit on this; I'm not out a ton of money or anything. There's nothing I can really do about.

I gave them another star. The company reached out with an apology and restitution. It doesn't change what happened of course, but I appreciated the effort to make right.

Never Never order from Rajbhog! We've been using their online ordering service for 3 years, and every year there's some problem. The quality of their sweets is continuously declining and their customer service representatives really need to understand how to deal with customers and help them out. We ordered sweets for delivery to Seattle. Since Rajbhog ships from NJ, we picked besan barfi. When the besan barfi reached, it had fungus on it. I had to call thrice before I got my refund back (I'm still waiting on the confirmation email for the refund and the money to show up in my bank account)! The first person on the phone asked me for pictures of the sweets, but never sent me an email to forward to. The second person said they'd refund the money to the card we used for the order. Nothing happened so I called the third time and Saloni picked up. Without listening to the complete issue, she raised her pitch and started screaming! Save yourself the time, effort, and avoid eating rotten sweets.

One of the best vegetarian (and non-vegetarian) food choices. Flushing facility is Heaven for vegetarian Gujarati Food. We have been ordering for multiple events; small or large for 20+ years from this location as well as flushing location and never ever had any complain for quality or services.
