Ralph's is generally a solid grocery store with good prices, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the self-checkout machines are a disaster. They are excessively loud, slow, and constantly malfunctioning. Despite my repeated complaints to the staff, nothing has changed. The lack of attention to this issue is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my shopping experience. Until this problem is addressed, I can’t recommend this store.

Wife and I stopped in @ 6:30pm to get some fried chicken and sides. I guess 6:30 is too late. Paid for 8 pc fried chicken. Wanted mashed potatoes and gravy, with green beans. They didn’t have mashed potatoes or green beans. Just got chicken, took home and tried to eat it. It was horrible. Dried out and tough. Ate a drumstick and breast and threw out the rest. Very disappointing as I typically like fried chicken at the deli counters. Will try Pavilions next time I guess. Kid at the counter was also less than helpful.

I go there 3 times a week, find almost anything I could need, and the staff has always been so helpful and kind. Special shout out to Kathy if you go. She's always the best. Thank you, Ralph.

That's so funny. Ralph's is out of the milk for 2 weeks and after that Make a small one the same price lol like I'm dead 473ml Instead of a liter

Ralphs always has everything I need! They're even willing to order stuff that can be hard to get - like octopus or certain species of oysters.

Meat department is horrible they give the worst meat. The steak on top was whole pieces it look good. I opened the package it was scraps of leftover meat. Do better Ralphs.

Horrible service at meat and deli counters. Get better employees and more of them!! One should not have to ring the bell at the meat counter over and over for 10 minutes only to be told by a guy that clearly LOVES his job, that he's on his break and that "he doesn't think there are more bone in ribeye in the back". Seriously?
